Byki Mobile

This app would be great if users could create their own lists and sync between devices as they study using materials of their choice. I think that's the missing link in Transparent Language's online courses, as well. The discontinued Byki software should be resurrected as a place where users can store their own work. It used to be the perfect "notebook." The old list-sharing features are unnecessary, in my opinion, but Byki was hard to beat as a language study tool.

I love this system and have used it for many years! But it could do with some tweaks. - Needs a feedback option or a way to edit the content as some of the cards are wrong e.g. "Perdí las llaves - I lost my key". Should be 'the keys' - Stale items don't need to be repeated 3 times, once is enough if you know the answer.

A good app but would be much better if it can be used across all ones devices. Very irritating to not be able to pick up where you left off on a different device. Plus it hasn't been updated since 2017. Doesn't work as well with my note 10

I bought this is Spanish, French, German, and Russian. Yes, that is how much I love this program. Eventually I will get Italian, Portuguese, and Chinese. Oh, when you buy the Russian, you get both the Cyrillic version AND the Transliteration. This is an EXCELLENT tool for learning or brushing up on your vocabulary. I highly recommend it!

I've been learning Russian for several years and have used several learning tools. Byki's flashcard method can't be beat for increasing your vocabulary. And for $8 per language you dont have to sell your soul to Rosetta Stone. Keep on top of your stale word check, and combine with other things like watching kids shows on Youtube, a good grammar book, and making friends with an immigrant community.

I love this app, it has many languages one can explore, although i cannot get my list to work with my samsung galaxy tab 4 , it works will with my galaxy a20 and my lg v60. If i could have help with that it would be very appreciated.

I have bought this software before one of the best language programs i have seen. This is self taught. For better proficiency i Reccomended to also have a Professor. However to start this is a good program

Hello, few years ago I bought the Transparent French complete DVDs edition which included 5 CD. I no longer have a computer that enables me to use them. Is there a way by which I can get an account online instead of the DVDs?

This is a good app. I like this app. This might be my last Transparent app. I have paid for Transparent Japanese 3x over now. From Transparent Deluxe on Windows, to BYKI Deluxe on phones, to BYKI Mobile. At this point, I will buy more languages in this BYKI Mobile app in the future. If this app is discontinued, I will find other apps from other companies.

Fantastic app! I only wish it were possible to add my own flash cards and word lists.

I used to use BYKI back from 2008 to 2012 heavily. I was wondering if there's any way to create my own cards with this program like we could before using the desktop application.

I used to love this app, I am disappointed that I had to buy the language a second time because they stopped using the old app.

Was great and now after uninstalling and reloading it recognizes that I paid for my language but doesn't download classes!? Help?

I have purchased byki Italian some years before. Now the app is not seen. How do I get my lessons?

I purchase is program in 2014. Out of all the language programs but try and teach you Tagalog this is by far the best. I have upgraded my phone probably 50 times since hahaha and I've always been able to retrieve my purchases without any difficulties whatsoever. If you want to learn the Philippine language or any other, I not only highly recommend this app, but I only recommend this app.

See i have bought the cd But its not even asking for the code but asking me to purchase again. I hadnt bought the cd for free i paid...and again asking me to pay is ridiculous

Opens but languages don't show. I bought several and can't get any.

I bought this to learn Finnish. Issues with playback have been resolved. Application is very useful for learning words. I wish there was a way to let you create sets of words that you would like to study. Also, it would be nice to see the phonetic pronunciation of the words if needed. So far it has been great.

I actually thought this was an awesome flashcard set. It works really well for memorization. Too bad all of the words are completely outdated! I spent two weeks learning on this stupid thing only to find out that half of the words that I learned are no longer in use!! You should be ashamed of yourselves

I was disappointed to learn that the Android version of BYKI no longer supports List Central, which I rely on for studying my Romanian textbook. I contacted BYKI and learned that there was a technical issue with Android 4.4.2 and so they created a new app (BYKI Mobile) which *doesn't* support List Central. However, the iOS version *does* support it. When I asked about this, I was simply told that the "BYKI Mobile" wasn't designed to support Overall BYKI is a good product but this feature is sorely lacking, especially for those of us who bought BYKI Deluxe to create custom lists! PLEASE consider restoring this functionality, or even make a simple app that is based on List Central. (Or, failing that, perhaps let users manually copy list files into their Android folder with BYKI?).

I paid for Byki Greek when it was its own app a few years ago, and now I find out that I can't use that app anymore and that they just combined all the languages togther into one app. And if I want to learn the full language on this app, I have to pay the same price I paid for Byki Greek again. Not cool.

BykeMobile as a standalone is cheaper than Deluxe and the vocab list downloaded to Android is few. I don't want to also pay for up to 70 languages I do not need when I can get it free elsewhere.

I first saw this website in 2006 and learned polish fluently... I'm on 4th language now and haven't seen reason to go to any other platform. Most complete and great for those like with Advanced A.D.D.

I showed the farsi cards to a native speaker and was told the language is too formal and even some of the cards have mistakes. The themed cards are also useless. When asking for directions they only talk about being near a bank and which floor you are on in a building. Very disappointed.

For the past three days I have been trying to access my step two Irish and it has been freezing every time. I use this application on my computer and love it but the mobile is much more convenient. Please help!

I tried this app, but looks like that is just for very basic learn and no more options, very weak teaching way, I prefer the duolingo app than this.

I purchased this app for learning French, Italian, and Vietnamese and they changed the app so I contacted them because it stopped working. They fixed the problem immediately. Great service. Great product.
