App is ok. email verification of accepted deposit is sporadic, so I try to remember to screenshot every deposit until I see it in my transactions. The app disappeared from my device once, still dont know why- had to verify multiple times with phone for a while after reinstalling. Not sure if that was the result of a security issue or what.
Byline bank (formerly Archer bank) is as good as it gets. They've never charged me for any services and handle my accounts professionally.
The mobile deposit is rejected many times before it goes to the bank.
As a senior I find this app very easy to take care of all my banking needs.

I love that I can manage my bill pay, schedule and see up coming payments;as well as, get a confirmation number. I also love that I can contact a representative and have them assist me with any issues. If someone you love or know has an account with Byline, also, you can send them money through pop money.
Easy to use. No extra unnecessary stuff. Just easy check deposits and bill pay and my account info.
Is fabulous. However, I would like to have options to accept and transfer money from differents banks institutions.
Using the camera to make deposits can be very time consuming
This app needs more features like the Hunnington bank app does. For example I can't view the entire account number and it doesn't display the routing number at all. Also I can't lock my card if it is lost or stolen from the mobile app. The features it does have is minimal at best. You need to be able to do more from the mobile app.
