This app is pretty awful. It has very sparse summary information, but the worst part is that it doesn't update automatically. This means I have to constantly uninstall and reinstall the app to get the latest information on miles driven.
I usually Drive less than 500 miles a month. I think if I drive under that amount of miles they give me a check. Last month I had to pay cuz I drove too many miles, but the month before I got a $75 check so I'm actually ahead by $10. So I'm very happy for that, thank you very much. TerryMc
I have a couple concerns. 1. My LM ByMile policy starts December 19th. When I installed the app on two Android devices...one is a newer tablet...all I see is a white screen when it fully loads and no explanation why. 2. Liberty Mutual seems to be very secretive and withholding about the per mile rate it charges. I cannot even get a typical rate or a range that most people pay. That is suspicious to me. Can someone tell me what per mile rate they pay so I can evaluate this before my policy starts. I'm expecting way under $1 per mile. My driving is typically way under 100 miles per month.
Horrible app. Doesn't update miles... Have to reinstall app in order to see mileage. Probably won't stay with liberty mutual long... Sent to tech support and after weeks, still no reply.
I am a senior and don't do alot of driving, grocery store, drug store, Dr appointments, etc. I always renewed my old insurance with out giving it a second thought. I was paying the same as when I drove alot, trips, to and from work and thought that it didn't seem fair to pay the same price when my time behind the wheel dropped 75%. I wanted a reputable company that could fit my needs and discovered ByMile from Liberty Mutual. Perfect fit. Steve B. In AZ
Doesn't show separate cars they are grouped as one. You have to uninstall and reinstall to see current miles. Poor
Not easy to sign up. It says you must sign up and then register for insurance but it does not say HOW to sign up.
This is saving me SOOOO much money!! Not working since covid hit, so 1) don't drive much, 2) don't have as much money. Thanx- so much

I do get nervous about going over 200 miles per month. What happens if i go over the alloted mileage?

Since I installed this device I like how it informs me how Miles I drive per day so I can get mileage low
My report page does not appear after a number of days.
