The BZWBK24 mobile application from Bank Zachodni WBK offers easy and convenient access to BZWBK24 services. The application is for Polish clients and is available in Polish and English.
The application allows to:
- check balance, details and history of accounts, cards and savings
- make transfers between own accounts, also foreign currency accounts
- make transfers to any account in PLN, also by using QR codes
- make instant Express Elixir and BlueCash transfers
- make ATM withdrawal without card and payments in stationary or online shops using BLIK service
- make contactless payments via mobile phone:--
- requires device running Android 4.4 (KitKat) or higher, NFC-enabled with HCE support (Tap&Pay)--
- payments above 50 PLN require PIN to the ordered VISA / Mastercard mobile card--
- PIN must be set in BZWBK24 Internet, it is not set by default

- use Advisor online (Doradca online) feature
- receive push notifications
- apply for credit products (cash loan, overdraft limit, overdraft limit increase) – for customers with a credit products offer prepared in advance
- buy and sell currency using own accounts on the foreign currency exchange platform (eFX)

- repay credit card debt
- buy products and services using „Mobile Shopping” service
- buy travel insurance
- find branches, ATMs and PAYBACK partners nearby
- change PIN and the log-in method
- check currency rates table
- apply for personal account-make transfer to Tax Office-make transfer to Social Insurerand to perform many other operations.

In order to use all options available in the BZWBK24 mobile application, it is required to register the mobile device on which it is installed.

NOTE: To ensure the maximum safety of the service, we recommend:
- not to install the application from unknown sources (outside Google Play)
- install only those applications from Google Play which come from known and trusted suppliers
- install and regularly update the antivirus software on your device

Reliable bank. But I think that the balance in client account should not be visible while making transfer to another account. The balance in an account can be seen If someone is seating closer. The better option is just to display the card number from which the money is being transferred

Absolutely the best banking app I have ever used. Fast, responsive, clear hierarchy and UI. Functionality isn't lacking comparing to the webapp like it often happens with other apps. Quick view and other technologies make my life much easier.

Love Santander bank and app does same great performance. One of the minuses though, that when I request payment via Blink and if I am not connected to app, but try to verify payment. It goes through, but gets cancelled in the end. Then I need to connect to app and repeat the process. On the summary I see crossed out payment. My suggestion is to make sure system doesn't allow to verify payment before login to app. It will save some time for end users.

Please send messages in English not only in polish. It makes it difficult to read the messages you send and one has to go to translate whereas if they were sent on both languages it will easier for us foreign users.

The only problem is, no one explained to some of these young emotional females the customer service or as far as that goes in much of the country that their jobs are in opportunity for them to advance not a place where they could practice treating people horrible because of some emotional issues they might be feeling which is not connected to the customer

Everything is fine except visible password typing. Please make a switch that doesn't shows characters put to password field. Another solution is to reduce time that a character is displayed before turning into '*'. Please consider my protection issue. I would help a lot of people that have to log in in public.

Sudden bug The app was working flawlessly until today Sunday 5th of April 2020. Now it crashes displaying a message "You need to download current app version" giving the choice yes or no. If yes is selected I get transferred to play store in the Santander app but I already have the latest version so only options are uninstall or open (of course upon opening it, it crashes again...). If no is selected the app just closes. Please do something,, because suddenly I have no access at all to this app.

The application is profoundly temperamental in operation (I'm getting inblanko prompts for android permissions 'no text' with no and allow buttons. ). The interface of the app appears to be user friendly but the application itself is not ...exploring options of the app can result in a visit of the bank's branch. If you are living abroud this is kind of the problem. Support over the phone is OK.

Not as simple as may be comparing to other banks applications. I don't see all the options I have via standard browser. There is no way to change limit from 3k PLN. Mobile app should be as functional as standard web interface, otherwise is useless. For today it is not intuitive and with very limited functionality.

Extremely terrible application. Often it simply doesn't work. No reliability, no user friendly interface, no agility. 2 stars for the first screen only. Product management - ask your customers what they need, do not be disconnected.

This banks customer service is disgustingly bad. I have bank accounts in 3 different countries I have never experienced something like this. Absolutely useless. The app is good and everything is okay but have an issue and no one will help you online or at the branch. Dreadful.

I really like the app and have been using it for years but recently I have a VERY big problem with using NFC. I stopped getting warnings about the card needing rest. Instead I get my card rejected when I pay. Then the available payment do not refresh for more than 24 hours.

I recently discovered that I cannot top up a phone number if I decide to enter PLN amount different than pre-arranged. I.e. 20 and 30 work OK (pre-arranged values), but if I select "Other" and enter 40, then the "Next" button becomes grayed out, even though I tick "I represent that... etc etc etc".
