I signed up for 1 month at £2.49 and they charged me £9.96. A con... You can't get local matches, just random ones nationwide, and there are never more than 12 women online at any given time. Difficult to cancel a subscription so I just cancelled payments with my bank. A WASTE OF TIME. Avoid at all costs.

Easy to register but hard to cancel. While it is very easy to register, they make it very difficult to cancel the membership. Think twice before register! I did contact the customet support and asked to cancel the subscription to the earliest date. I received the answer that they regret the cancellation. But I had to print a document and send it back. Why do I need a printout, none was needed for registration? In my opinion you make deregistration difficult in purpose.

96% of the registered women hide their pictures or do not upload any at all. You cannot enter individual profile texts. The feedback (also from the suggested contacts) is very low. You get practically NOTHING for your money. It is very bad that women can use this service for free. I am very disappointed after 2 weeks and have already canceled my subscr. Cancellation via GooglePlay is the easiest! Stay away from this site! There is nothing to update!! I stay, by what is stated!! It is a scam!!

The application is a good app, except for the pictures become too large and can only see pieces of what I am looking at. The problem as i said before is not the app itself. Many ladies on this site are scammers trying to get you on other sites to pay. I have sent many emails to customer service about stopping my subscription without any success in getting back a good answer and replies would take months. I've been working on deleting my profile/subscription in a year with no success.

This app is a sham. Whatever you do, please do not use this! Firstly, you cannot interact at all unless you pay. Once you have, they are just bots. When you need to cancel, you can't - as you can with a reputable site. They want you to play a game of email 'to and fro" until the initial price goes up to a ridiculous amount for this awful service. You cannot cancel through the app whatsoever! Afterwhich, they try to bill you for an extortionate amount of money. Stay away, there are better!

The app quality is poor with no ability to search by distance. In the conversation screen you can't scroll back to read earlier content. I was always getting matches, often with people from other countries. If a 'match' did respond to messages it was because they wanted me to use Kik so they could spam me to sign up for their premium services elsewhere. Avoid like the plague!

It's a very good app concerning finding men with different (date) aims and relationship status. However, it's not so practical to use it. It's a bit annoying: releasing photos to be seen (you don't really control that); opening a new chat, because it gets back to another section; a few bugs ... I still recommend, but the app needs improvement.

Bad...better to use Tinder, which is cheaper and more effective to network with a larger pool. Also got fooled by C-Date, as they advertised a few $ per week and I end up paying a lot for 6 months...should have been more careful with this European outfit. Also started receiving a lot of scammer emails...maybe coincidence...maybe not.

DO NOT DOWNLOAD THIS APP. I don't usually leave reviews but this app is a massive scam. You have to pay for anything on it and then you can't easily get out of the subscription. I have to email them because the cancellation isn't showing up in my settings as per their terms and conditions. This website is not worth your time or money even if there were real people on it.

AVOID SCAM. The app and site are a complete scam and waste of time, give the option of a 7 day trial that can be cancelled although it does neglect to say that it doesn't give the option to cancel until 7 days after the payment is received and requires the notice to be in 7 days prior to the next payment via a form on the website that needs to be downloaded and emailed to them. I have only managed an automated response from my multiple emails to them about this. AVOID THE SCAM.

That this is even legal is a joke... Not only are there different pricing packages than on the website but they also have other (WAY HIGHER) prices. Smells like a scam to me. Oh and the best: the page advertises the costs you need to pay per month but does not say that they are monthly so one could assume they are the price of the package (the app says that though). Overall: hands off. No one can tell how much they will actually charge you.

Absolutely terrible customer service. I have now sent THREE emails to confirm I would like to cancel my membership, with the correct details as requested, and it is interesting that since I've wanted to cancel you do not receive any correspondence back, almost an attempt to just force you to continue your membership. I will be cancelling my card details so they cannot take any more money as far as I am concerned I have sent more than enough emails and given them enough notice. AVOID!

Don't sign up for this be careful! Once you sign up and pay for Premium it's absolutely impossible to cancel, they keep taking money off you every month and the amount keeps going up, first month was €51 which wasn't the amount I payed through the website, the month after they took €131 although I subscribed for 1 month membership only.

The worst app ...its an absolute scam. I'm not sure why I enrolled for this. They have overcharged me; however, I went with it and sent an email to cancel it. The next month, they tried to charge me again Good, I cancelled them off my pay pall account. This is a scam, and I shall be taking action further!!

Scam. They'll charge you money without your authorization. No way to get in touch with them. Edit: awful experience. Their sign up process is deceitful. You sign up for a month and then they automatically renew it for 3 months at much higher fee without any warning or update. And of course they won't refund you unless you go through legal channel and easily prove that their sign up process is clearly deceitful and dishonest . Btw, the app itself is useless and a waste of time and money.

Previously I contacted both Google Play Support and the c-date customer service requesting a refund due to an accidental purchase. How come both parties said they couldn't process the refund? This is totally unacceptable as I requested the refund IMMEDIATELY when I accidentally purchased the item on 10 May. It is nearly a month until now. I just realised I can't even send email to the customer service as I guess my email address has been blocked. THIS IS TOTALLY REDICULOUS. AWFUL EXPERIENCE.

Unauthorized charges on bank account. Initial fee was 49 EUR in October. Then was charged 149 EUR in November without warning, nor email explaining what the amount corresponds to. Profile does not indicate payment status either. Unacceptable. Nothing clear in CGU on prorogation and payment conditions. Bank will be alerted for fraudulent charge. Impossible to cancel subscription without writing a normal letter... we are in 2019! They are fast to charge but slow to cancel it seems. To be avoided.

Too date, a few responses but majority are spammers, so far I've seen at least 1 with multiple profiles, use the same Tag just slightly different photos I'm mean really? Local 'Matches' are anywhere from 3 miles (that ok) to a 3+ hour drive. Assuming of course you actually get a contact, but given that I would say 60% of profiles have no photo my hopes are not high. At 25% have photos but blur them. The app is frustrating. Apparently I have ppl contacting me but nothing comes up.

Not great tried to delete my premium membership you can't, they keep on trying to take money off you a lot more than you expected, have tried emailing requesting that the account is terminated. Nothing just reference to a fictional form that needs faxing. You can't find the form . I cannot recommend this app. I will update you if they come clean and delete the account.

DO NOT GET THIS APP. I cancelled payments and removed the app from my phone. A payment of £11 came out for September which is fine, but then £119 for October! Apparently this is a 'one off manual payment' so the bank couldn't help get it back. They do not reply to emails. Extremely annoyed and it has seriously affected my mental health. Save your money for something else

Scammers avoid like the plague. They get you to sign up to premium which is only £11 but when you try and cancel it doesnt let you unless you print off a cancellation form and send it to Luxembourg. They have just charged me £129 after multiple emails sent to ask for my subscription to be cancelled. Unbelievable. I contacted google play and they cant do anything to help you either so AVOID AVOID AVOID. SCAMMERS

A scam, with no real life woman and money grabbing tactics such as very difficult to cancel. I tried the tree trial, but there is NO option to cancel so I cancelled through Google play and the app even said I won't be premiem after a certain date. They still took almost £100 out of my account over 2 months. They tell me I can't get a refund despite me not using the app at all, and not being impressed with the app either.
