Every update causes new issues. Will not open with latest. Terrible
This app constantly crashes or freezes. When it does work, I am unable to see my transactions or deposits. I have uninstalled and reinstalled it multiple times, yet, I am having the same issues. All of my other apps work fine, and I recently had my phone checked by my carrier; everything checked out fine there as well.
Was good originally, but I guess an update happened and now it freezes 99% of the time and will not let me get past the login page many times. I typically have about 3 seconds when it will work before it freezes. I have resorted to just using the internet to check the balance of my accounts.
Great app. Use it multiple times a day. Dont know what ide donwithout it. Especially love that if your phone gas fingerprint capabilities you can log in that way. The only thing its lacking is a tab for Bank Rewards and a sleeker more polished look. Other than that and even without that its an absolutely great and dependable app. But it would still be cool to have rewards section and a sleeker look. Thanks C&F!
9 times out of 10 says error instead of letting you sign in.
At first I loved this app much better than my other bank's app. It was easier to deposit checks & pay bills online. Now, it won't even open. I uninstalled and reinstalled it. Still will not open. My phone updated perhaps this is the trouble?
It worked for a little. Now the app doesn't work at all.
There is no running total by the transactions, which is frustrating. I don't see that this could be difficult to fix. Other banks manage to do it on their apps. I also haven't figured out where Zelle is on this app, though C&F say their patrons can use it.
Can't use this app along with the card control app cause it shows me a box that claims there's a app with an automated click associated with this app that's prohibited. I did not have my card control app set on any automated clock. Fix it please. Update; still crashed and still doesn't work. After 27 years in finally leaving c&f bank cause this is evidence they obviously don't care about their customers. I'm going to any other bank cause they update and fix their apps. Goodbye c&f!
Made my account almost a week ago and still cant get past the log in . Keep saying the app is having problems. Think its about time to fix the problem. I'm seriously think of switching banks since I cant even check my balance on the "app".
Just like everyone else, app used to work great up until about a month and a half ago. It does not work at all. Please fix this issue ASAP because I am honestly considering switching banks because I do not have instant access to my account. Yes I can go online to access my account but if there's a supposed way to access my account without doing so then I should be able to.
Opens properly once a week, any other time I try to open the app, it loads then close! I have uninstalled, reinstalled and updated multiple times. Works great when it finally open...
Constant problems with this app
This app is raggedy. It constantly opens and closes. It has so many glyches it makes the government look competent. The website is just as bad. The bank is great. No fees. The website and app have really gone down hill. Get some new tech designers.
great app, constantly making it better. However in android 9 on the latest release of the app a notification shows up that the app is running until you clear it from your recent apps. kind of annoying
getting better but still room for improvement As of 2021 still disappointingly clunky but not incredibly painful as before. There's a reason so many people complain about the app. In general I stay with the bank because of the people and despite the IT. Every time I use their IT a lot I contemplate dumping my account
Update 21.3.40 broke the app. It will no longer open. Hope it gets fixed soon! Loved the app when it worked and the CF family are awesome. Update: Still broken 7 days later. 🤷♂️
easy to download. makes managing money aspect of life easier. Appreciate the balance alerts and debit card purchase verification.
Just started having issues with Zelle. Only on my phone. I can use someone else's to log into the app and use Zelle. I've tried everything.
The June update broke the app -- it keeps insisting that there is an automated click program some how connected to it. Roll back the app to the previous version or fix this now!
Was working great until I got my new phone now it won't even get to the sign in screen. None of my other apps are having this issue.
Why is C&F 3rd party security keep choosing what phones a customer uses ,I have bought 3 in the past yr .to only be told by customer service again the phone is no longer compatible.fir the app ,it was working now it is blocked .When I inquired again they stated it is at random and they could not guarantee it wouldn't happen to another phone .It also seems to target prepaid phones .If company cannot single out ,one clientele .
Keeps telling to contact customer service because my credentials are invalid. I called before and it never solved the problem. Even they didn't know why the app was saying it.
Tried to update the app on my personal phone that I have been using for years now I had to use my work phone and upload the new app version since it's a newer phone I just wish they would make it useful for the older phones as well as the newer phones very disappointing
The only problem I have with the app. is it seems to take to long to pay your bills on line. In this age of technology it shouldn't take 5-6 days to pay electronically.
I used to never have an issue with this app, but for the past month it has given me issues. So many times I open the app & only get an error message & it won't let me log in, but if I go to the web site through the web browser I have no problem. Also I do not have zelle as an option in my app & it will not let me access it. My app is up to date, so I hope someone can help.
