C&N Mobile Banking App

I have really appreciated all of the recent improvements and am using more of the site than ever before. Taking the time to set up companies and automating and categorizing bills correctly will give you real insight into your budget (particularly if you don't have one)

I have 2 continuous issues with this app. 1. mobile deposit does not control the phones flashlight. I shouldn't have to have a second person hold a flashlight to take a picture of a check. That's absurd. There's one right on the front of the phone. every other bank app utilizes the flashlight/camera flash for taking photos of checks. I checked app permissions and app settings and I don't see anywhere to turn that option on. 2. When cashing multiple checks at a time, the app consistently shows the incorrect pictures in the review window. First check always works fine. The second check (after taking pictures of the front and back of the second check) shows the first check still in the review window. This gets pretty confusing when you're trying to deposit 3 or 4 checks at a time and it's still showing the first check in the review window before hitting submit on each deposit. I got tired of taking the same picture 5 times (while someone else holds a flashlight) so I just started submitting them anyway with the wrong picture shown. It seems to still submit the correct image even though the wrong one is shown. So I assume this means the problem is visual only. Fix these two issues, and It'll be a 5 star app.

The online banking experience is awful. I have to go to 3 different pages to see posted transactions, pending transactions, and transfer transaction details. It creates so much bouncing back and forth that it takes twice as long to do the bills each pay period. For that reason alone, I wouldn't recommend this bank.

Its a garbage app, worst banking experience due to the app. I will be switching banks soon

Will not show purchases from vending machines at two different places I worked until 2 weeks later. Not even as pending. They just pop up after you forget about the purchase. I've been charged over $300 in fees for chips and drinks. My other cards app shows those same purchases right away but the bank still blames the vending machine. My transaction history should be accurate AND ITS NOT. Paying my debt off and closing account. No good.

This app is great and very convenient when I'm out shopping. The only complaint I have is that after the recent update it stopped working and wouldnt log me in. Simple fix though, I uninstalled the app then installed it again. It works great now. No issues at this time.

Older versions worked great. Since the last two updates, I have to restart my phone (or my tablet) every time I log in. I can then log in once, but if I attempt to log in again, I have to restart. please get it back to the way it was!

There are times I have trouble putting in my password; i.e., if not fast enough, I get kicked back to user name. But.....anytime I've had any issue, their customer service is right on it. Very helpful and pleasant....and patient.

Evertime i check my balance it says the same balance as last time. I even swipe down to try to update it and it updates but still shows the same thing. Im new at this and its my first time getting money. I need to know if my money comes in or not so if theres any issues with it i can call and see why my money isn't going to my account or the bank. These people that puts 4 or 5 they must call the bank everytime to see if there money is in there. Why have the app when you have to call everytime?

The app is usually pretty user friendly and flows well. Occasionally has some glitches with connecting, but if you ever have issues the bank staff is always amazing.

Takes days to process transactions where as other Banks seem to be able to do it instantly. - do not put to much stock into the app or you will certainly overdraw the account. Keep in mind service fees are also not posted til many days later. Good guess work - if you like guessing your finances.

So easy to use! They have a great app to track all purchases, transfer funds, deposit checks etc.

I have used this app for a few years now and I love it! It has alot of features and the new update has even more then before. If you dont like to balance check books (like myself) I highly recommend this app.

Often can't get logged in, with no way to get support during evenings or weekends. Seems like no automated way to get password reset, have to call my local bank... Why?!?

Wont login most of the time when it dose u have to click each transaction to see what it is didnt have these issues till latest app update

cant stay logged in since update. horrible application. when it works its great, thats only once in a while

3/4 of the time this ap wont load all the way. I can input my username and password but then it says it loading my account but doesnt

I used to love this app when I first started banking with you . But since this new update I cant get anything to load to see my balance . please resolve this issue soon .

Crashes everyday, have to uninstall. Install, works one time then crashes.

ever since the update this fall the app doesn't work. please fix it! it's totally worthless now!

Love being able to get on and check out my account daily. I have no issues with this app.

Won't let me change my password without calling. I don't want to call, that's why I have the app. Probably gonna change banks.

cannot log in or it freezes up and you cannot get out of it without shutting device off

User friendly. All my info and banking at the touch of the screen.

Anytime I've had an issue they've helped me out take care of it also one day I need to get a loan personal loan had it done by the end of the day can't go wrong with that.

This app is very easy to use and is totaly secure the best banking app i have ever used.

I love their app. I never have had any trouble at all using their app. And it's been over five years.

I love using this app to keep up with expenses and deposit my paychecks
