It has stopped showing all my voice mails. It only seems to show voicemail from my contacts. Any unsaved number I have to call my voicemail.
Interferes with internet connectivity, Wi-Fi and mobile data. Constantly had issues. Deleted it now my internet works as it should, definitely needs updating.
Still a terrible design. Also I still disagree with what C Spire calls visual voicemail; if it doesn't provide a text transcription of the voicemail it isn't visual.
Update 1/16/2019: 4 years and counting! Absolutely nothing from CSpire! Original post: On my Samsung Galaxy S8 when trying to save a voicemail (pressing More Options), the menu is only showing one option (Cancel). When I press and hold on the voicemail it doesn't do much better. Plus it hasn't been updated in over 2 years!!! Come on CSpire. Y'all can do better!
Every carrier I've used before that offered "visual voicemail" transcripted the voicemails, completely unsatisfied with this app, hope one day C-spire catches up with the transcript trend one day.
I was hoping I could download voicemail to my phone or some other cloud storage service, but that didn't work. I get an error when I try to do that. It says "Upload was unsuccessful: request contained no data"
Finally got it to work and shown it force closes Every time I attempt to use it. :/
I'm not getting notified when I have a voicemail unless I go to the app. Then 3 minutes later it will notify me. I had an important Dr message just sitting in inbox for 4 days. :(
Fantastic and easy to use. Thanks, C Spire, for this wonderful app. No matter the carrier, I never miss a WiFi voice mail message!
...It would be much cooler and relevant to the title if the messages themselves would be transcribed for reading as well. That would be handy. I switched to Verizon last summer until Feb. 2016 the premium voicemail does just that.
I can't get it to work. It keeps saying I don't have an account when I know I do. Please help!
This app does not work. It won't play voicemail messages.
This app does not work! I've been trying to activate since the very 1st time it became available. Says I don't have an account...how is that when I have service.
I downloaded app and it says in order to activate I must create a pre populated message. Looks like you're suppose to put in a series of numbers? Anyway, I did that and after a coupke of minutes it says server not available.

This application sometimes works and sometimes it don't. I have even cleared it and reinstalled work fine for a short time then it goes back to not showing the VM. It really needs to be revamped, seriously!!
It doesn't work. I can't hear the voice mails. It's moot really visual anyway. I wanna transcript.
Won't connect after I put my number in.
Couldn't even install it! Told me my phone number was not associated with an account!
Will not play messages disappointing.

Not working was great on Samsung galaxy s3 now I'm on the s5 and it will not activate says I don't have an account then says call voicemail please fix I really liked this app. updated star because support is at least active and trying to fix the issue will gladly await this apps fixes and rerate
Don't know how this app could be any more simple. Yet look how many of you are complaining? Instead of bitching, try emailing your version of Android, phone type and SPECIFIC DETAILS when you have a prob. Every app I've ever used has an email on the bottom of the app page. (WOW really? Who knew?) Applies to all apps not just this one! Try being helpful and get things fixed instead of making bad probs worse. Many of these complaints are user issues/errors. FYI fixing probs yourself is faster just Google it
