This used to be Canton telephone Credit Union. Now it is community One Credit Union and it is wonderful. The people at this Credit Union are the best people you could ever want to have at a credit union to assist you. This is actually a business in which you feel as though they are put there for the sole purpose of pleasing you and making sure that all your financial needs are being handled buy a truly skilled professional. No I'm not being paid for this endorsement, it's simply the truth. BEMO

I've used this app for over a year now . And I'm VERY VERY pleased with this bank. There unlike ANY other banks out there. I almost made a fatal mistake and went to Farmers bank . I live 30 minutes from C1Cu... That should say how much I love this place.

No access to older pages of transactions, statements or pending. Used to be able to access these. Only basic information available now just not as useful as before!.

Everytime I try to use this app I become totally frustrated because something goes wrong. I then have to go into the credit union to fix it and then it still goes wrong again. I have never had difficulty with any other app. I don't keep much money so I say I'm going to withdraw it and deposit it in another credit union. I don't think they'd miss me and I won't miss their app.

With c1cu's online service overhaul, I can finally set a decently secure password. However, it seems that the interface isn't as good as it was previously. My account balances should be on the home page, not 2 taps away. Also transaction history is harder to navigate than before. That being said, it works and I wouldn't go back to the poorly secured previous version.

I read all the complaints about this had so I had to chime in. You guys are a bunch of cry babies. Nothing wrong with this app. Works smooth and has no hiccups. Gets me to where I need to be fast and secure. Stop crying and giving bad reviews

Check the dates on the reviews. This app has improved. Accompanied by your desktop, this app keeps me informed and is very easy to use.

I hate this new app. Everything is smashed together. The old app gave you a summary of you accounts when you first love in so it was a quick check. It's hard to read through the history because it leaves out the balance on some transactions.

Everytime i click "register account" the app says it unexpectingly closed. Can this be fixed please?
