CA Mobile OTP
How does it work?
Your card issuer, for example, your bank or the organization where you have an online account, must use the CA Technologies authentication solution. You must sign up for the additional security with them. They will give you a link to download the account onto your device, along with your userid and an activation code. You will run the CA Mobile OTP app on your device and enter the information provided by the organization to activate OTP authentication with this organization. You then choose a personal PIN that will be used to generate an OTP for this account. The OTP can be generated without a connection to your mobile network allowing you to authenticate any time, anywhere using the one-time passcode generated on your device. When you are prompted to authenticate to your online account or to provide a passcode to shop online, you simply run the CA Mobile OTP app, enter your personal PIN, and an OTP is displayed on the device. You then enter the OTP into the application prompt to authenticate your e-payment transaction or to login to your account.

Two times synchronization lost in 6 month, synchronize device, replace device, unlock account.. All the options tried. Federal Bank customer support line for NRE always busy or never pick. I had to reinstall the application third time, finally switched to SMS OTP. I think this application has issue when put multiple SIM card or different time zone.
It does what it says. Only gripes are that when entering a pin it'd be nicer if the number pad popped up rather than the usual keyboard. That and the number 8 on the font used can sometimes be mistaken for the number 0 when viewed at a distance.
Idk what ppl are talking about, I use this every morning mon-fri and it does its job. Sometimes it's a little weird on start up but other than that it works well.
Useless App. I have not seen an app like this.. It says it is installed but I cant find anywhere on the phone. After installing it says it will be installed soon and shows installed on google play. Why Federal bank makes everthing complicated is beyond me. I have an HDFC account everything is so easy there. This is from a person who is using computers and Internet from last 27 years.
Such a pathetic service this ca OTP thing is.. if you have uninstalled this app once then there is no way you can login into your internet banking again.. you can't even deactivate this service.. you can login without OTP.. what nonsense is this?
By mistake, I uninstalled CA Mobile OTP app and now I can't login to my Bank of Baroda internet banking. Even there is no option to use my registered mobile instead of CA Mobile OTP app to login net banking. It's just disgusting. There should be a second option to use our registered mobile instead of this app whenever in need (in conditions like me).
Horrible experience, i have installed this app in my old phone now in my new phone I'm unable to register it because i need to login to net banking and to login in to net banking, i need this app, so this is in loop and there is not solution to this now
Nope! Scanning time too short. Provision manually doesn't work. Basically, piece of garbage. Whoever designed this, test it before releasing it.
Failed to work after registered mobile number SIM was installed in a new phone as I could not get URL nor could log into net banking as OTP was unavailable to enter in the next screen after login ID was entered. Unless I enter the OTP I cant login to enter and disable CA mobile OTP generation through bank portal.
PATHETIC WAY TO LOGIN Dear SBI team, from where did you get such a genius thought that all customer account should become inactive. I have installed app, clicked the url link for acrivation, then user name was taken automatically and asked for Activation Code. Then i hot error and i tried once more then it says ur account is in inactive status. DO you have some courtesy to at least respond to us and provide the proper way to login.
This application process is so complicated. SBI should find a user friendly application. Maybe your instruction was unintelligible, I don't know. As it is, I would certainly not recommend it.
It's not working. As having issues registering my bank account. Despite having all infort to add bank account. It gives a server error and unable to login to bob bank account
The apps works good as in terma of generating OTPs but there id a huge security breach. No matter what PIN I have created but ANYONE can SIMPLY ACCESS THE APP and GENERATE the OTP with ANY RANDOM PIN.
Confusing app!! I got the URL code and pasted it but after that app is demanding for User Identifier and after that Activation code but there is no way to get these codes!! So plz let me know if there is some other option or provide the detailed procedure...
When I am putting the activation code, after it there is unexpected network error. why I don't know, I am trying by WiFi but it's not possible please help me.
App crashes when it expires rather than telling you anything meaningful. Sad but forced to use it for work.
Not friendly, need to login multiple times, I feel it is better to get OTP on mail instead of App, which consumes more time than mail.
After scanning the QR code, it does not go on but remains at the Scan QR Code/Provision Manually screen. Manual Provision is broken too: "Error in data from server" after entering the new activayion code.
Useless and worthless app. Creating problems to users instead user-friendly. I think they planned to closedown sbi. This kind of app will force Customer runaway...
Pathetic Bank of Baroda suggests this stupid third party authenticator app for generating OTP. The app says "Error". Cheap User Interface. Seems unreliable.
Tip how to use the app with fednet : If you are using fednet app there will be two OTP colomns. You need to start the app and wait for the first OTP to be seen in the digit section enter it on fednet on first column then return to the app and start it again after entering the pin, wait for the second OTP to be generated like done before again go to fednet app and enter the second OTP that is generated it will start the fednet transaction.
Useless generate button and animation before showing the token
Should have support for finger print access rather than having to use a pin on access and every new code request

BOB WEBSITE DISPLAYS "OTP IS INCORRECT" BOB pdf says 8 digit OTP whereas the app generates 6 digit OTP. Input any numbers in pin it will generate otp.
Done button is missing. Need to update the UI of the app and not have the 'DONE' button so close to the bottom of the display. In Android 10 a user must use 'gestures' to get the done button to be uncovered. I am using a pixel 2 XL. Looks like other android 10 users are having this problem. Fix for done button missing: Go to Settings/System/Gestures/system navigation and change to Gesture navigation. Once this setting is turned on you'll be able to see the done button at the very bottom edge of the app.
