The update problem is still standing!! It says update to a newer version to proceed, but in App store there is no update option. Isn't it time to fix this app?

Very primitive app that lacks the vast majority of the vital and basic operations in online banking industry, in comparison with other competitors this app is just a waste of time and money !

It needs update but still no update option on Google play, if I accidentally exist without logout it will be very difficult to sign in again , slow , bugs . This app needs serious work .

When I close the app and forgot to sign out before, the app take a long Time to allow me sign in later, it's always shows " the user still connected with the system now". please fix this.

Trying to open the app: "Please update the app to proceed." In the store, there is no update, just uninstall or open. I uninstall and reinstall, it still asks to update the app. This cycle goes on and on. ALSO, when trying to click the online banking on the laptop, it usually takes 20-30 refreshes and clicks to get to the username and password page. Which, after entering the verification code, might OR might not work! How is this not frustrating?! Your IT team has a LOT of work to do

Awful experience all over. Outdated UI and extremely poor services and almost zero promotional offers offered by the whole Bank not only the app. The only thing keeps me with this bank is the PayPal service, once there's another local bank offering it I'll with no doubt switch over. You need to compete if you're gonna stay in business.

It simply doesn't work, can't login most of the time and if a managed to login I end up with an awful interface that belongs to the last decade. Guys it's 2018, people do want reliable apps, invest in your app instead of branches

Okay the app has been updated. Super slow and takes ages to recharge prepaid MasterCard. Funds may go to the wrong card too. Old review: Extremely old app, kinda secure, takes ages to learn and master. And number one: super ugly. Bad UI UX. Buggy on a sand.

How do you hire someone to make this pile of trash for you and leave it as-is? It still has all the old application's glitches and errors except now some features are just straight up gone. And guess what? your 1998 embarrassment of a website doesn't work either. The only reason I signed up with this darn bank is because it's the only one with some form of PayPal support and now I can't even withdraw my funds to my account because the moron who made the update forgot to add that feature back. :)

The new update is so bad, I'm trying to login but gave me the username or password is incorrect!! I have 3 accounts and all of these in the same problem, if you don't solve the problem i will move all my accounts to another bank. Bad service 😞

The app is asking me for an update then when i press at the update, the play store open and it shows no update is needed, the other problem is whenever i try to log in the app says that I'm already logged in 😂, worst app.

worst bank ever. customer care is deteriorating continuously. I am happy to get my account closed! closing my account was a mission impossible!! 3 visits to the branch with many hours wasted - as usual visits - in order to get it closed!! bureaucratic processes!! unhappy pale lost employees!! The branch is the hell in a nutshell!! I simply hated green color due to this Bank which tortured me through a few years journey! My advice to any human being is to be healthy by avoiding this bank

Huge disappointment! - Customer service (chat) won't respond (despite the fact that I've been waiting for over 30 minutes!!l - App is garbage, won't open, and definitely isn't user friendly. This kind of pathetic relations with your customers is exactly why I'll be glad to switch banks soon.

Updated my app. Since updating my user ID and password do not open my account.....May 24th 2021 still trying to access my account My Id and password is still the same and its telling me incorrect password. What a load of rubbish this app is.

It is very bad and poor application for the last three years every time i resets my password and username through the bank branch again after i do that and using it for 3 months they will tell me you have incorrect username and password and again i must go to the branch again to solve it
