They outsource taxi companies and say to the outsourced taxi companys I will pay by card. How ever when you pre book they take the money out straight away. When you try and call they block your number and avoid picking up the phone at all costs. Reporting to trading standards
Fantastic service. The cab was waiting for me where I disembarked the ship. If I need a hotel /ship transfer from Southampton in the future I would definitely be using this company.

Love this app
Absolutely horrendous customer service. A training error lead to us being quoted £100 less than our ultimate cost. Notified of this a matter of minutes before our transport arrived. Never ever again.
Worst company I've ever dealt with, ripped us off an extra £100 last minute so we couldn't cancel! Avoid at all costs
Just completely awful, completely switched the price minutes before the actual pickup!!
Horrible service... pre booked in advance taxi turned up more than 10 minutes later... estimate fare price was much less than the actual price although there was no traffic or whatsoever ... specifically registered both of my cards in case they dont accept master card and in the end of my trip I still had to spend nearly 20 minutes on the phone with head office to get my payment thru as card not as cash beacuse driver couldnt figure out what is wrong with their own sistem.. app to be deleted and never used again... wouldnt recommend it to anyone

Won't send confirmation text and can't log in on website.. Keeps telling me my password is wrong!
I've used the service before and it's fine, but the app and website had a problem; there's no reset password link as far as I can tell, dumdums.
App showed i have to pay 16.60£ but they charged me from my card 24.90. Why?

The driver was on time, friendly, well spoken and polite which is hard to find in Southampton. Definitely far better than other local taxi ranks like Radio Taxis. The app was on point and worked perfectly. I'm always going to use Cab My Ride from now on.
I ordered a taxi for 22:25 so we could make it to the club on time for free entry. It finally arrived at 22:40. We just made it with a minute to spare. There was no explanation as to why he was late and no apology. It was the first time I used the app and probably won't use it again

Very good. I was given times and a run down on who is collecting me and when. Everything went as planned. Very comfortable drive, friendly driver. No complaints at all
