I really like the idea of the app, which lets you coordinate the pieces you own and see what new and existing pieces would go together. But the implementation is not good. They don't implement the Android back button (it closes the app instead of doing the back action at the top of the screen), and it only sometimes pairs up what I already have in my closet, but other times keeps trying to sell me new clothes even after my party.

I would gove 0 stars if i could. Impossible to add items to closet. Every time i try to add items the page refreshes so only the top few pieces can be seen. Once a filter is set, s person should be able to scroll through ALL items without the app jumping back to the top. Just spent 20 minutes adding 1 item and that was just luck as i scrolled as fast as possible and barely tapped on the item before the screen went back to the top of the list.

Obviously this app has problems as you can see from the 3.5 rating. Never had problems before but someone needs to seriously address the app issues. When I open the app each time it prompts me to log in with password - I have checked the box to remember me but I have to enter password EVERY TIME. Annoying!!! Need to just delete this app. It also wont keep my items in my closet. HELP!!!!!!

Won't send me an email to change my password. Won't let me in after two attempts with the old one. Can't access any of this

If previous seasons/years (not just a few) of CAbi clothing were available to add in your closet, this app would be first rate. Also, basics should be available to add. Otherwise, it really is just a platform to view some of your current wardrobe and see if additional pieces would be cohesive.

I used to love this app when it first came out. Then not sure what happened, but I can't get logged in. Tried uninstalling & reinstalling, my email still appears(which is good), but then when I go to login, the app keeps taking me through the same loop of logging in, then not letting me. No idea what I'm doing wrong, but seems to be an app error. I used to be a stylist. Is this my penance for leaving? 😆 Cabi, pls. fix this app! I want to be able to use it again! I miss my virtual cabi closet!

I think app should have features to add items that are already in your closet. Previously bought items should be added automatically, and not just show in your order history. Also looking for ideas to mix and match across seasons, not just a look at the current catalogue

I'm a huge CABI fan. I'm about to host my 10th Show. My purchases are among my favorite items. The Tap App is terrific for reminding me what I've got. That's why it's disappointing that my purchases in my Closet only go back 3 or 4 seasons even after continuously adding to it ever since I installed when 1st released. I want to be able to have ALL my purchases in there so I can create outfits. That's another fail. I want to create more outfits from my existing purchases, not just what's new.

They removed the feature that suggested closet items with other items in your closet for suggestions of items to pair that you don't have and should buy. What an insult to take away the most useful feature of the app for a self serving plug to buy more. This app does little more than give you a living catalog of the current season. Please bring back the closet suggestions! Until then I'm deleting this app

The app appears to only have the ability to add styles from super recent seasons into the closet function. I tried to add a number of my older pieces by both syle id and name, but none were found in the system.

The app is not optimized for an Android device and it rarely loads. It does have some nice features, but they are limited. It would be helpful if more than a couple of ideas would be given for outfits.

This is my 3rd review of this app, although I've never updated stars given. Since the most recent update when I open the app I get a pop-up telling me to update. I've reinstalled and still prompted to update EVERY time. My closet of past purchases is still empty. My upcoming shows - which I've had to RSVP for through the website - do not display. Very disappointed. Get it together Cabi, your customers deserve better.

I just updated in August. Now I'm getting messages on both devices that I have to update, but I go to update & it says INSTALLED, and I get stuck in a loop. I even tried uninstalling & cannot make it work. AAARRRGH!!

Keeps telling be there's an update but it won't do an update. I was able to log into it one time before this started. Have deleted it and reinstalled. Have restarted my phone but nothing helps. Doesn't work. I have a Google pixel 3.

Very slowwww to load app and not a great user flow if you are an android user. Please incorporate the back button to work in the app versus booting you all the way out. Also, why the delay in loading limited additions to the catalog?

Loyal cabi fan! Two issues with the app, quite often it won't load on my android phone. Cannot get it to load on my android tablet at all. Second, wish it went back further, would be helpful to have all my purchases in there.

Constantly makes me log in. Do not love that items in wish list disappear after season. App is more selling new season than using one's own collection. August 2021 update is not installing on my Samsung. I keep getting redirected back to Google Play. Can't use.

Bummed After the last update mist of the items I have bought from the beginning are missing from my closet. I am unable to add them. An "add item to closet" feature would be really cool receipt feature in the purchases menu.

App requires update but gets stuck in a loop when doing so, so cannot load and totally unusable. Have uninstalled and reinstalled several times. Totally worthless.

Latest update has rendered the app unusable. All I get is an error message. Older past items seem to disappear out of the closet, and I'm not sure why.

Is helpful when shopping for new items. Unfortunately the closest section doesn't keep everything you ever brought. For styling purposes that would be a big help.

This update is broken for the Android system. I load the update and it immediately says you need to update go back to Google Play. I have even uninstalled and reinstalled the app twice and this is still a problem. If you want me to buy your clothes you should at least let me access your app!

Always lags, not very user friendly, and doesn't incorporate enough past seasons for those who have been lots of customers for years.

Im an android user. I use to love this app. I use to be able to see pairings of items already in my closet. Now it only gives pairings from the current season nothing from the past. Need to fix!!!

Unable to access the app. Getting an update message. Uninstalled and installed and it still doesn't work.

I tried to update the app and it puts me into a loop between the Playstore and the app. When I open the app it takes me back to the play store.

I want to love this app - I am a huge cabi fan. But the app is so unstable and glitchy that it is completely unusable. Major disappointment.
