Cabify Drivers

I've been more than an hour waiting in the middle of the highest demand zone and I'm not getting any trips. I only get some trips around areas out of the city and close to where I live. I reported it several times via chat and phone but customer service is lame. Time to get serious about business guys. Switching back to Uber. 1 star is more than this app deserves.

High demand areas in the app don't always result in journeys. Often you can be in a high demand area and don't receive any journeys even waiting a long time.

the app is not working. i cannot enter because says that there is not internet connection but i have connection througth wifi and data... what is going on guys?

good i like a lot .... just i hope i can have options an a choice to choose where i want to work .... i don't like to go to callo or los olivos and dangerous place

CHARGING THE DRIVERS OVER THE REGULATIONS! THE RIDE'S COST IS ONE, BUT THE CHARGES TAKEN FROM THE DRIVER'S PERCENTAGE IS TWICE. AND, THEY DO NOT EXPLAIN IN THE REGULATIONS WHERE THIS IS ALLOWED OR NOT. THEY ONLY GIVE GENERIC ANSWERS AND NOTHING ELSE. THIS IS CASE OF LAWSUIT!

easy yo use but requires a "settings" to define which GPS navigation to use, Google maps or Waze.

App.have problemes with tolls,and cash payments,if passenger didnt have cash ,cabify cant pay amount for driver back,so driver with car working with cabify for free🤔🤭

Very easy to use but is nat acurate when it comes to locattion

I apply for this apps 2 weeks ago.... untill now they haven't send me any confirmation if I'm in or out... how long does it takes until they give you approval?!

Wrong way to put drivers to work. How dou you expect that you cannot refuse to accept more than two trips per day? That's ilogical. You should understand the drivers to give a better service

I can't sign up because it doesn't allow me to put in my city. It allows me to put my country which is United States

Don't work for them. Uber is better. And they charge you snowflake environment tax.
