Cabify - Your private driver

The driver keeps going in the wrong way and never respond then! I had contacted the help section and they didnt respond. And To cancel the Trip you will have to pay the driver even thought he keeps ignoring you. I think that The app needs a lot of improvement.

Used to love this service, but in the last years the drivers get more and more rude, driving like crazy and on red lights constantly, don't feel safe anymore in any of their cars! High demand price has also become a new standard for all fairs no matter when you want to order one, and makes all other taxi services cheaper then these..

It works really well, customer support is very good. The only thing is it sometimes malfunctions, for example, cancelling a journey requieres to cancel, go to journeys, cancel again and repeat until new journey can be created.

This app is full of scammers and you can't do anything if get charged for a longer drive that you actually do. They promote the app as an safer way to travel. Is all BS.

These guys sens you so many spam emails. They keep sensing you discount codes and when you go to book them not a single one will work. You'll get junk emails atleast once a day or more. Plus they quote you about 28 euros for a trip but they will actually charge you about 40. Completely useless company. I'd much rather use uber!!! Atleast they can give you a correct estimate and they don't spam you.

Downloaded this app for use in Spain, as uber and bolt didn't show much availability. This app usually shows as an ad from Google maps, with prices for the trip and car availability alongside of directions. The car availability is actually arbitrary/not based on reality. The first time I ordered a ride, the app spent about 15 min looking for a driver, until I gave up and just walked. Next time I booked a car to go the airport a full day ahead. I thought it meant I had it reserved, but it didn't.

Having to book a minimum of 2 hours in advance defeats the use case of an app such as this. The local taxi company picked up the phone and had me on the road in half an hour. Only 15% more expensive but faster

Impossible to sign up. The app asks for a mobile phone to send a SMS but it does not work. I tried with two numbers from two different countries and both Cabify does not send the SMS

What is this bullsh!t? It won't send a text to my french phone number. I'm in the app, registered, trying to add billing information, and it tells me to go to the app...which I'm in!!!! So i can't order a ride without a credit card, but i can't put in a f";$!#(ing credit card!

Worst service among all platforms. After 40 min of cancelled trips, searching for drivers I ended up using old uber. Not a fan of them but they get me to my destination.

UK visitor to Spain, tried to sign-up but it is impossible as an SMS verification is needed but they can't send an SMS to a UK number 🤦

Awful , kept failing to take payment and then blocked account leaving me stranded at night. Shame Uber is not available as it's far superior

Very consistent and quick. Has coverage in a lot of cities in Colombia.

Installed the app, entered the number nad instantly got the notification that they couldn't send sms. Tried multiple times, same message shown.

They're the worst. They never have cars available and when they do find a driver he's always 100 miles away and it will take him forever to pick you up only to find he's cancelled the trip because he realised its not convenient for him. Drivers are extremely rude, cars are old and filthy.

The worst app, first I was charged and no ride. Then the driver accept the ride but I guess it was doing another ride and he was in the opposite direction but the app didn't cancel the ride.

Always brilliant drivers, excellent swift service & usually way way cheaper than just hailing down a taxi. Never had any problems 10/10 would recommend!

Good prices but can't register in Argentina because I don't have a damn local ID. I added an electronic payment méthode as suggested but still won't work. Ridiculous!

You pre-order to go to the airport and when the day/time comes, the app cannot find a driver. I had to take an UBER instead. Never again with you.

Downloaded this app on a trip to Zaragoza. What a waste of time. 15 minutes waiting and no chance of getting a cab. Ended up walking to the restaurant.. Uninstalled!

Easy to navigate. Although the exit gate to meet the driver in the CDMX airport was wrongly noted in the "More info" section.

My journey with this app ended when I wanted to register by getting an SMS sent to my phone, and neither my nor my friend's phone number would be accepted. lovely

Way better than Uber. Easy, simple and reliable. Cheaper than Uber as well. Lately getting an Uber has become very inconvenient, and Cabify is the better alternative.

Extremely slow, does not recognize addresses, does not allow to change the destination that it itself has incorrectly entered. This app will drain your soul one ride at a time until you feel nothing, expect nothing, desire nothing... I am already at the last stage. Help!

Awful theft! The first time I used the app, I was offered a price for a trip from Barcelona airport into Barcelona of €23, so I booked. When I was looking for where to meet at the airport, I was approached by someone who had my name and claimed to be from Cabify. He wasn't. When my driver and I eventually met, I was taken swiftly and comfortably to my destination. When the charge came through, it was double, yes double what had been quoted initially and more Avoid! Thieves!

Same cars in basic and plus service. This is a joke. Drivers accept, don't move for several minutes, then cancel. Cars are usually dirty, doing normal city service. Cabify is just an additional income for them, not a way to ensure quality. Use only if there's no other alternative.
