Update: I called member service and the rep immediately understood the issue and was able to resolve it right away. Thank you for excellent customer service. App runs perfect. Love the layout, very user friendly. ********************************* Had to change my rating. 9/10 times I get the spinning buffer when trying to get into app. For about a month now, I am rarely able to get into my accounts, it just spins & spins. I have uninstalled and reinstalled app and restarted phone various times.

Updated my rating. This app has gotten significantly better with the latest updates. I have not had any connection issues in quite some time and the new format looks nice and clean as well.
I enjoy the design and layout of this app besides all the money management ammenities within this app. The convenience of being able to take acton nearly at all times of this app is a blessing and unimaginably convenient. I very much enjoy everything regarding Cabrillo CU. All of the employees that I have met have gone above and beyond for me. Their app is a perfect fit too. Join them and be rewarded too!!

Down fall to the app, cant send money to friends. Makes it hard to link accounts for some reason. I would recommend they look at other bank apps to see what they offer
Everything is great with the app, however, it would be nice if we could set up a text and/or email notifications when a deposit posts to my accounts.
Stuck spinning log in for Android. Have to restart everytime I want to log in. I'm sure this won't be fixed until after Christmas. Awesome 👏✊👍

This app used to work flawlessly but I am not sure what happened nor how to rectify the issue. I have uninstalled and reinstalled several times and it still does not work.
Needs a quicker way to log in instead of having to put in a password all the time.....code, or fingerprint? Other than that its good!
This app was updated and won't let me login. I uninstall the app and reinstall..still not working. This app has gone from bad to worst!

Display issues on Samsung Galaxy 9. options are cut off and it's hard to select the correct commands.

Just had the new update installed and I am not happy and now I am not able to see my current and available balances or see my pending or even any current transactions...how can Infix this? Really not happy!!

Love our bank! They are always amazing and so helpful! This app works well and is very easy to use.
I have been a member for over 30 years and have had great success with this credit union. The customer service is the best, both inside the bank and on the phone. I don't bank anywhere else.
It keeps on showing an error. App doesn't allow user to arrange for travel notifications.
have to reinstall the app every time I need to use the app on my Samsung phone because it wont load... very frustrating they need to fix this

I continue to really appreciate the efficiency of this app. It is easy to sign in and immediately see all of your account information, transfer money between accounts, and send messages for help with questions/concerns. Being a federal employee, it is a great feature that the bank provides advance loans if the government experiences delays in paying for different reasons. The only thing that could be better is being able to soak to someone on a night or weekend for card purposes, token approvals
