Good App. Great improvements from the previous version on both the interface and functionality. However the feature of blocking taking a screenshot is a serious drawback, I'm not sure what security you are trying to safeguard by preventing a screenshot but I think it outweighs the benefits, If I make a transfer to anyone, they want a POP that shows all details not the conformation text of deduction that follows on my phone and because of that feature I can't take that POP. So whenever I make a payment to people who insists on POPs, I'm now forced to use the USSD code instead. Please do something about that.

This app is daylight robbery at its best. For one thing, you log in and see no balance. You first have to "refresh" and ZWL1.50 is gone. After any transaction, instead of refreshing on its own, it still maintains that original balance. If you intentionally or accidentally refresh it, another ZWL1.50 is gone! I uninstalled it with a speed that can compete at Olympics!

The app is good nice to see an update, however the security policy blocks screenshots. Im fine with that policy but there needs to be a way to show a proof of payment. Either a download pdf or something or something of that sort can be offered once a transfer is done. Other than that the UI is impressive and we need more updates like this.

Your latest update is now saying that rooting detected on my phone and is no longer working. This is not the only banking app on my phone. Besides I do not even know what the rooting is and what the message I am receiving even means each time I try to open the app. I am utterly disappointed 😥. When an update is made it must make things more convenient and not more complicated. I will give this a complete one rating.

This is a very good upgrade over the previous app. However, the major drawback is the inability to take screenshot or download pdf for POP from the app. Kindly either add a feature which enable one to download POP on the transfers side or just allow us to take screenshot again

Liking the aesthetic of the update. Disappointed in the lack of screenshot functionality while it also doesn't generate PoPs. This was made worse by the fact that text alerts seem to be a thing of the past.

1. App doesn't auto refresh account balance. It makes you pay for it which is inconvenient. 2. The app should offer options to request a full statement for both RTGS and MasterCard accounts, sent to email. 3. The app doesn't let you contact the bank from within the app. 4. The app should offer the option to either do an RTGS or Zipit transaction instead of using the zipit option only.

Very poor with the upgrade. No screenshots allowed. Message confirmation is very delayed. Tried to do a payment to standard chartered which said format error but the money left my account. With no screenshot to prove the error message. Its very frustrating to correct! Terrible app

App keeps stopping before getting into any of the service sections... totally useless. App doesn't send notification to the phone on the rare occasions it does work. Some SERIOUS upgrades needed before it is of any use.

The app has been working well but nightmares came with the recent update. After the 1st November 2019 update, the app is misbehaving that I could not complete the new registration which it seems to require. I tried with my Gtel Vivo3 with android version 7 and with my Huawei T1-701u with anderoid version 4. On the vivo I reached the stage it requires my cell number and after inputting the number, I failed to proceed cause no button was visible that allows me to proceed. It then ended up ........

The app is not registering it is recognising the same phone that l have been using all along as a new device. I don't know the cause but it could be compatibility issues with Android 12 as l recently upgraded my OS to Android 12. Since the upgrade to Android 12 l am failing to register the app on my device. I can't go beyond the OTP and l am receiving the OTP followed by an error message. Please sort out the compatibility with Android 12.

This app is always crashing, signs you out in the middle of a transaction.Takes several attempts to login.Way slower than previous app.On bill payment eg Zesa no longer verifies account info which was very convenient& section for prepaid meter# asks for a destination account which is confusing. Same thing for City of harare asks for destination account#, that's vague- is it the destination bank account details or associated user details?City of Hre transactions not even going through.

The app is giving rooting detected, I have flashed the phone and used other app like SuperSu which are supposed to clear the Rooting (unroot) but No change. I have all other App running well except this app.This is problem that need rectifying. Can you look into it for our confidence and convenience for transacting.

Urgent fix. The application is not timing out. 3 hours after I did a trans, the application allowed me to continue making transactions without asking me to relog in to authenticate Such a huge update. it was about time CABS upgraded. Excited to try it out. moved from 1 star to 3 star I would prefer with a future update the ability to regenerate a proof of payment for whatever transaction you would have transferred. Learning from Standard Bank, their app allows for the regeneration of a PoP

The app is too heavy! Cant there be a lite version? The current one means you need a phone with a big internal memory for the app to run smoothly.

The app does not support the taking of screenshots to share proof of payment to the beneficiary neither does it generate any proof of payment for download. This is a big draw back in this environment as I have to rely on the beneficiary to confirm that the funds have been received. Other than this, the app is an improvement from the previous app.

The application should allow manual input of confirmation code because sometimes you might be using a divice whilst simcard is in another phone that means you cant connect. Then your application has been widely downloaded because want to see rates but these rates àre based on USD make sure they are against BOND TRANSFER . We need customer service live chat on application for some queries regarding banking and transfer

Okay. So it's a great app, no doubt. But I have a question, why am I not allowed to do a screenshot of my own transactions? I want a POP and a screenshot of my transactions. If you say I can't do a screenshot then do like CBZ, let me receive an email with proof of payment for every transaction that I do. Or do like FBC, whenever I transact can I at least be able to download a PDF of the POP? Please assist. A proof of payment is necessary
