It's sad that CacheSense is no longer being developed. This is still the geocaching app that fits my workflow the best and most of the problems have already been worked out. The biggest limitation now is there is no way to download maps so I can use those in areas where mobile data isn't available. GCDroid and c:geo have that feature.
No longer developed. CacheSense was a good Geocaching buddy, and I used it in addition to c:geo because both apps have features which the other one doesn't have. Unfortunately, versions 4.x still had problems downloading caches via GC Live API (workaround: set filter to display *all* caches including found, you must not exclude anything otherwise you will miss caches).
It will no longer let me authorize. It just goes to a blank screen. Therefore it won't download caches anymore. I'm really upset. I loved this app even over the official geocaching app.
This app is so much better than the official app. Love it. Too bad I read it's not being maintained.
But this is absolutely amazing, the API and mapping integration is superb. You cant wish for more from a Geocaching app.
IMHO the best GC APP ATM, But development has Stagnated, a myriad of very minor annoying bugs prevail. We know its being re-written, but your losing your customer base.
Think in meters & kilometers. I've got nothing against them, but don't force them on me. This application has some nice features. If you can show me where I can change the settings to feet and miles, I'll give it a 4 star. If it's obvious, and I'm just dumb, I'll give it a 5.
Very happy with the application. Works well with both Geocaching and Munzee, which is exactly what I wanted. I tried the demo, then quickly upgraded to the full version, and had no regrets. Using on Android 4.2.2.
So sad at it seems the developers have simply cut and run; leaving one of the best apps in the wilderness especially after they have had our cash. Well thanks......for nothing!
Having GPS problems with compass and radar after android 7.0 update.
Use this a lot to geocache. Many great features and prefer to the free apps.
Two problems with this app:it keeps telling me that I've exceeded my download limit, and I've never downloaded anything! Also, I can't view the description of any cache, or the hints. 5 stars if there is a solution to those problems!
It worked, now it doesn't. It was the BEST app. Simple, lots of features, offline support, etc. It's outdated now. It was good while it lasted!
Needs updating. Navigation in app is difficult
App takes forever to load the nearest caches and now it crashes constantly. The compass has also turned to garbage. This used to be my go-to geocaching app...not anymore. Too frustrating to keep using it.
No longer supported and doesn't download new caches amymore
Please add support for multiple trackable logs at once for 5 star!
I like that it gives you options for driving, walking, and radar distance :)

Worked for awhile...now won't load at all. Gives a foreclose error.

It was absolutely HORRIBLE
App is not letting me sign in/create a username. Map loads nothing. Cannot fix problem.... perhaps I'm the only one dealing with this-as all of the other reviews seem to be quite positive, but regardless, the app does not work for me, so I must rate negatively.
Doesn't load any caches at all. Everything is working fine, it just isn't showing anything on a map. Maybe its not meant for the uk. Which should be made clear
I switched to this app from NeonGeo. That's also a decent app, but this one seems to have a few more functions, and I like it better. I like how it integrates with the GC website, so you can quickly look up a user profile, or see a travel bug's page from the app. I would like to see a better search/filter function, though.
I use this app all the time. It is full of features, but does take time to get used to it.
This is my go to geocaching app. It's user friendly and quite accurate!
In the past this was my goto Geocaching app. However, 2 reasons I can no longer endorse this app. 1) Offline maps no longer work. Maybe related to new security features of Marshmallow, but whatever the reason, it no longer works. 9 months after initial report, this has still not been addressed by the developer. 2) limited capability for Basic Members.
