Adequate, but could be better. There really needs to be a "Report Bug" Feature. There's several small bugs that are inconvenient, but can be worked around. For example, when you use trim, it changes both lines involved in the trim function to the currently selected layer. I then have to individually reassign layers to the objects trimmed. If there was a way, in the app, to send a bug report message with an attached image, it would seriously increase my opinion.
Like everything, there's a learning curve. With a little practice a patience, you become accustomed to the application. Having said that there are some issues on how objects are placed. you should be able to bring objects to the top and vice versa so that you can select them. Another issue is when you choose a function eg. pen, the highlight of the button is hard to see if it's on or not.
it's as good as you can expect from a mobile version of CAD software. considering that I have access to Autodesk AutoCAD at work this is quite hard to get used to. it is functional though and the drawings are exportable so this has came in very handy several times but the lack of certain functions like fillet, chamfer, linear and polar patterning and alot of snap options make it very clunky. while I wouldn't choose this over PC CAD software I also dont regret spending money on it. nice job so far
Seems to be not bad app but I dont know if it is a bug or what, but after saving and reopening my circles get angles same happens to arc, it gets two angles and does not look like arc anymore. Edit. Just realized that thrre is no support anymore for this app. 10 quid for and app that has had any support for past 3 years is ridiculous.
So far so good. Using an A pen can be difficult but better once you get the hang of it. Only suggestion is for an in app calculator.
Simply doesn't work at all. I've been a Professional CNC CAD programer for 20 years and I can't make it work.
i tried th free one it worked, liked it....downloaded pro could not open it.would be willing to try it again.
Haven't been able to work with it more yet but looks pretty good. Can it work with voice commands? Will update review later.
love the app easy to use and excellent for on the go
it's nice and easy once you get the hang of it.
not very intuitive but...
i love it, but could use more features
Thankyou for providing such a too l
I can do most things.
App is nice and so far the one with the best user interface. What I do miss is the option to set up the units, m, cm, mm and so on. It also has problems with blocks when these are created within the app: after few are created it suddenly replaces all the other blocks with the first that has been created.Move function malfunctions and it behaves like copy function. I also miss a save function accessible from the drawing board.
I have used Cad in it's many guises for over 25 years and must say this is very good value for money. The input can be a bit quirky but once you get used to the touch screen concepts it is excellent. There is plenty of room for for further improvements which I have no doubt will follow in due course Well Done.
Generally good. However there have been several occasions when the blue print hasn't saved and I've had to start from scratch. There is also a lack of availability when it comes to fixtures and there doesn't seem to be any way to add to the small selection on offer. For example tere are no window selections or bathroom fixtures
I purchased it and it doesnt carry any drawings, can not access to the editor to draw, i want to be refunded or get it fixed for tab e. I can not import any types of drawings, i even read the manual, there is clearly a problem. I Hate this when this happens because it's a waste of our time. And last but not least, how frustrating it is, is that I can use the free trial version which IS a demo version that dont save your work.
Im using a samsung galaxy note 10.8 n8000 tablet to run it. Sometimes saved files zoom out for no reason and look blank. The trim function hardly ever works. A grouping function would be handy. S pen support would be advantageous too, as the snap to isa bit tempremental. It is faster to create drawings than 360 though.
Great app but one issue. When not using my tablet and stylus I use my phone. Only problem is there should be an offset option so that the curser isn't directly under my finger. That would make it a lot easier to use the snap features and improve accuracy when measuring or starting new entities. I designed a Roman ballista from scratch using this program so other then the curser being directly under the finger, I have no complaints. Keep up the good work.
Hands down my favorite CAD App out there. The only thing I could suggest is a way of choosing how many decimals units, I font have need of 4, perhaps there is already a way to change that; and some kind of sensitivity adjustement as I have naturally shaky hands so for me it can take a few tries just to get a straight line.
I like to design furniture and this does a good job of doing the simple designs I need. Makes it easy to develop plans and get measurements. There are a few bugs no doubt. I wish you could offset the cursor so your finger doesn't cover up what you are doing. All in all it's a great CAD that works on your phone. Can't complain too much.
I had five projects all with 3-5 drawings each and we'll over 100hrs of pen time just gone one day I try to open the app ... Now as soon as I create a new project it immediately deletes it and says no content. I want my money back ... I loved this product until it did this.
It's a good user interface. However, I just spent 2 hours creating a drawing which automatically saved itself and when it did that the file became corrupted and can't export it in any format. I believe it became corrupted when I decided to try one of the pre-made blocks. At the end of the day I can't use a program that might fail, I can get over the desktop CAD issues because I have infinite ways to fix it once it crashes ect. but this program is to lite in features to find work arounds, which is unfortunate because I really liked the app and the idea of being mobile with it.
I have tried numerous times to edit, create or modify drawings but I have not been as successful as the tutorial video. So I just paid for a viewing portal. I create what I want on another platform am use the cloud to view them when not at my laptop. I am not an architect or draftsman and that maybe the problem but I do like to fiddle with CAD and draw new woodworking projects around the house, I'm a reTIRED HVAC technician/supervisor for 30 years. So I do know blueprints and drafting duct design and layout along with gas pipe design and layout. But this interface does things I don't expect or planned on. Some google and some well....
Decent little CAD program for my tablet that I can do a quick room sketch for doing a quote to then hand off to my electricians for an installation/renovation at a later date. Good features are layers for room layout, dimensioning, electrical, mechanical. Problems include multiple objects get created when you try to move or copy. I've deleted as many as 10 objects layered on top of each other following a few object moves. Similarly, when I'm trying to move. Another problem is objects disappear when you zoom in or out, resolution improvement is necessary. Arcs, circles, angles and objects I group don't seem to work properly especially when trying to copy. If these are improved I would give 5 stars.
This app is beyond frustrating. It's so close to being useful and yet so far from being usable. I'm using it on A Galaxy Note 9, with the S pen; which should be great but instead it's just one unintentional command after another. It's extremely difficult to pan and zoom while you're trying to draw a line. Extremely difficult to select a point of its close to another point. Extremely frustrating trying to call out dimensions. The command flow is 100%counter intuitive and to top it all off there's not a decent tutorial anywhere. I'm so angry, my hands are shaking.
