Cadillac Technician Mobile App
The Cadillac Technician Mobile Application allows Cadillac Technicians to receive and manage Roadside Assistance service requests right on their phone. All the details needed to service the customer are displayed on the phone including:
-Vehicle Make, Model, Year and VIN
-Customer Name
-Customer Phone Number
-Service Requested (Tire Change, Fuel delivery, etc.)
-Disablement Location
Simple, one touch access to call the customer, get turn-by-turn directions, or update the status of the job. When the job is complete, just press a button and it is stored in the job history for easy retrieval and viewing.
Disclaimer: Continued use of GPS running in the background can dramatically decrease battery life.

Works half the time ! everything is turned on and still no notifications until it times out and then 2 phone calls from dispatch and I cant hear them and they cant hear me! installed and reinstalled even got a different phone same problem !!This is a broken app
when it works it works great, which is about 25% of the time, lately hasn't worked at all for the last 3 dispatches which I was called to go out directly by phone.
very bad battery hog. if im not running the app. the battery last all day with 40% left. when i run app i may get 10 hours then phone dies. slows my samsung s7 active down.
terrible, unreliable times out often resulting in losing money if job notification doesn't work.
Does not work well app won't load get a call before it loads
Misses calls no phone numbers to call back if missed
Does not work with newer phones sucks
Does not alert you everytime there's a Road Side call 65 pecent of the time

Love the App..
It ashame we are trying to run a business off such an in reliable app. I am running this on 2 phones with the hope that one of them notifies me. The one one call my android (personal phone) was going off and notifying me that a new job was available, as my iPhone (roadside phone) didn't say anything till I unlocked it. Both phones have all the notification turned on for this app.
This version seems better than previous releases. Would like to see a landscape feature in the future.
It's the best app
Sometimes does not alert to dispatch, or alerts in final 10 seconds before timeout. Have to uninstall and reinstall to get to work again, but that may only last a week before it does it again. Rest of app functions fine. Dispatch does not
