Just another Chinese retailer selling very low quality electronic gadgets. Tho, this is a total copy cat rip off of one of the abundance of already popular cheap Chinese gadget retailers like Tomtop or Banggood. Even tho they are selling the same exact products as so many other sites, the prices on the products in this app, are outrageous! If you see something you like in this app, don't buy it! Search for it on eBay, or AliExpress and I guarantee you'll find the exact same item, much cheaper.
highly concerned. ordered a phone yesterday. I chose duty free shipping and there was no extra cost. I buy online often. It's very unusual yo not charge a fee to cover customs clearance charges in the shipping cost, usually via DHL. I sent them an email querying this. No response. There's a customer service option beside your order in the app. you click it and it's all Chinese. Are this company completely batshit stupid? I have sent an email to cancel. I have also contacted PayPal. Avoid cafago.
My experience so far is my products come over twice as late, you can't remove items from your cart, and whenever you click the contact us button, it just gives an error message.
New user to it, but so far looks very promising. Already placed my first order and looking forward to see what's next. Only down side currency keeps getting back to usd and not properly stored.
It is a good app but it takes approx 3 months time to deliver the product to India. And the biggest problem is that there is only chatting option by the customer care and that is only rare and someone from the customer care sayes that the parcel has arrived and someone says it not delivered. App is cheaper but takes so much of time and not Cash on delivery only credit card......
The app and Cafago itself under testing now, i have bought a el bike from Germany warehouse, i am waiting to see what is going to happen under this period of time. I will come back to add or erase something in the future. I wish that i made a smart choice by buying from this site . To be continued...
This shop send me an defective product, asked me to prove it, after proved they just want to pay 1/3 of the total price I've paid. I do not recommend this shop.
Customer service is good throigh email. But chat option should be faster. Did not get response in the chat ever.
just ordered a robo vacuum for cheap, ill update rating if anything other than what it is, otherwise very easy to order no problems

This shop is one big fraud!
Don't trust that shop! App is quite similar to other shops as gearbest etc. But it's poor translation in English in few places is really confusing. For example, phone number format, what's correct? Or Field in customer contact, what am I supposed to write there? Of course terrible customer support! I've ordered package 2 weeks ago and no information about it. Send two mails and use built in customer contact and nothing happened...
Prices seem to be very competitive, but it lacks a little bit of quality on translations, and it often changes back to german, other than that, seems to be easy to use!
This is the most shittuest website I have ever seen ... they were asking my credit cards front and back picture after purchasing a product . And they were refuse to send me because I didn't gave them my cards front and back picture. And they didn't returned my money and they updated in their system that they refunded... don't trust them...
Bought item and after 30 days, still have not received item. Now they are telling me I have to return the item if it does arrive to get my money refunded!!

two stars because time to time there are good products with attractive prices. but it doesnt mean that your order will be delivered to you. depsite i asked so many times to check my order, i was assured that its on the way but never delivered. at the end it was partially reimbursed, but not sure that it was shipped out at all. you never get any additional info to your claim. aftersales service completely sux
