I tried using this service and the first transaction was good for $8.00 but then I tried to buy the $ 20.00 worth of tokens and I completed the transaction but they did not give me any tokens, so assuming that transaction didn't go through I tried again and same thing happened. So long story short this happened a Total of 3 times and now they have taken over $ 90.00 and no tokens. I'm disputing these transactions with my bank

The issue has been resolved. My refund came as the transaction was declined by Google Play. The app is good and great for interactions. But is very very expensive. The prices can be better if you want users to interact more and use more. Also, there is no option to mute the mic in any case.

App is great and very easy to use except the cost of coins you need to be able to video chat with anyone and the Big win game total rip off ( beware your bet goes up higher when you win so when you dont win your bet is higher you lose more money I didnt know that so i lost a lot of coins before i realized this ) besides that app is great but i give it 2 stars because of cost and mini game being a rip off

The app is really the opposite of what it's supposed to be.... it's a scam cos nothing works apart the app taking your money. I downloaded the app to make friends from around the world but 90% of people on this site are not interested in anything other than gifts. My BIGGEST PROBLEM with this app and others like it is yhe amount of money I spend to chat or video chat. I've even been ripped off for tokens and shorted time.. I ADVISE YOU KEEP WATCH ON IT.. I really like the app. It's alotta fun. Really great people all over the world. FIX THE TIME TOKEN RATIO.

Can you add greek as a native language please? Cant continue for more than 10 seconds in 😅 Edit: Added English as a native language. I have watched 2 ads and now I have 56 coins. IT'S A S***!!! I can't put a profile picture, I can't block someone from being permanent because a lot of people show their private parts and I don't want to see that, never match them again and that... I CANNOT SEND PHOTOS, only videos :/

Great app. Just too pricey. The coin consumption process is too hasty, Slow it down for minute. If u decide 2 make the coins pricey then slow down the coins consumption rate (Both can't be high). Bad combination. But great app folkz.

App is okay, but it's a TOTAL NO GO, that others can CALL YOU EVERYTIME and it's NOT blockable. I tried everything. Was a little embarrassing, being called by an unknown girl with very "special" profile pic, in a BUSINESS MEETING! Terrible!

Seriously, I must confess that the app is an a very interesting App. But it only problem is that it's not accepting my card number when trying to purchase coins which I have tried the only platform they have but is not working out. Please I urge you to help mostly we the Africans to have an acceptable means and access in purchasing your coins

Same problem like any other app, once you pay you don't get matches, before payment a lot of BOT will try to contact you but once you buy coins no matches, also it's very expensive the rates are too high.

Please provide the set up to switch between the front and rear camera. That makes this app perfect even though it's slightly expensive. I can't see my selfie video during the call

This app takes money for tokens to speak to foreign woman that get paid to be on the app by the app. Then they ask for gifts by giving them tokens. Lastly, these women only communicate with cafe and if they give out whatsapp instagram or any other social media they either try to charge you for it or they claim their cell is broken and need money to fix it. My last complaint is that I've been overcharged several times for tokens and when I submit a complaint no response. don't download.

Id 68229212 ... Today I paid for recharge twice for Rs 820.00 each through credit card and the though the amounts got debited both the time but recharge was not received. Have raised ticket with the customer support of application, which is inbuilt. Nothing has happened so far. Please do the needful done.

I had no one to talk to because I had to pay for it. Then having people call me but no one talks when I answer. It's the worst more like a screensaver of live people

Your Big Win slot machine is rigged to screw your customers. Every time I have given it a chance it has taken all my tokens. Actually come to think of it it's the streamers getting the shaft. Worst experience ever , i have 71 coins in my wallet but every time when i make a call , the app show me a error .. (plz purchase coins for make a call ) and this is rubbish... I request to the team plzz resolve this error so i can enjoy the app without any error..

Well, the app is simple and nice, but you cannot have a proper "date" because the prices, is to much expensive. Perhaps a suscription monthly plan or sth similar without time lomit for call will be the solution. For now, I don't want to pay this service.

this app does not have any login functionality which is very annoying. it is not flexible when switching between devices. I am uninstalling it now.

This app is a scam, it is running on different names as well. Nothing is real on it except for the few innocent subscribers who find it hard to use. It's a deception of an app doesn't fill its real purpose. It also doesn't give you a means of deleting your profile

I started to open it, then I filled up all of contents in this app then I click the button to start meet new friends, but why this app said I won 81+ coins but I didn't yet initializing, I can't start to use this app coz they always pop up the sign that you're won!
