Greatapp! I got 3 bucks for signing up and when you refer a friend they get $2 and you do too (when they make an order). I noticed you need to have a debit card added to access the barcode to scan at the register. I havent had any problems

I have $3 credit to use from downloading the app. But there is no barcode that comes up for the cashier to scan. Please fix! Or tell me how to access it. I have searched but haven't found one. And the cashiers don't know how to use it. Please help!

I haven't had a problem with it. Credits for coupons get added right to my account and work when I pay with the app.

It was ok but it stop working and I lost my credit than I had to re-download the app

Depending on the size of your phone screen, the scanner tends to have issues reading the qr code off of larger screen phones that are 5in or more. What a cashier told me to do was hold my phone sideways and the scanner was able to scan the code in fewer attempts.

Due to the change in billing from per transaction to per month without notifying me first, I now have a huge balance I owe. Thanks for nothing!

I paid up front, and it showed up in my banking account. Then, the past month's transactions disappeared, and I was charged for the monthly billing period. The money I paid before wasn't entered back into my account, so I was charged double.

Worked great for a few months. I had a lot of points saved up then all of a sudden it stopped working and logged me out and won't let me log back in anymore. Pretty disappointing.

I don't like that I can't input my actual last name. Mostly because it won't let me use characters like ñ, or ú. These things are part of my actual name, and being told that my name is invalid is upsetting and disgusting. Also THE APP NAME HAS AN ACCENT IN IT. WHY?!

I can't login. Never even got to use the app lol Will replace review once updated.

The first time we tried to use it had some issues with it hooking up from one account to another with the school system showing a successful completion and the cashiers weren't sure how to move the payment through their system. Used it the other day and loved it work perfect thank you

I was very exited when this was announced at IHCC but my excitement quickly turned into frustration. The scanners take on average 4 attempts to work and seem to rely on precise timing in the push of a button. Often they do not work at all and I have to use a different payment method where I don't get the rewards points. The cashiers seem to have received little or no training and it takes about 3 times as long to pay, often resulting in lengthy queues. I will not be using this until these issues are fixed.

Use it at the college of your choice in the cafe!

They charge once up front then take out a months worth sum total again after a “pay period" not worth it at all

It's required you put your credit card information. I assumed we just scan a bar code on a receipt and get points
