In app purchases rubbish Great game love it. But can't do any in app purchases on there takes the money from bank but doesn't add it to your account and the customer service well let's just say you don't get any response through email as I have email them on several occasions about this such a shame brilliant game and graphics
Paid for an in game purchase, never received the items and never received a refund. There is no help section and no one responds to emails.
The concept of the game is wonderful and the graphics are excellent but DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING WITH MONEY ON THIS APP. Your funds will come out of your bank account but you won't receive the item you paid for and there's no way to reach customer service where they will ACTUALLY respond.
The game is very good.. I have reach the level of 70 in this game but now the game is not loading it is showing an error.. please do the needful
Do not purchase rubies or coins! They take your money and you do not recieve your rubies/coins! I have played this for a very long time and now I am ready to stop!

Hate it that it's very hard to get materials to expand cafe and farm, and using gems is your last resort. Also when we need more space to put items in the farm, we haven't reached the level. So my farm got very crowded. Other important thing, why can't I search this game on play store?

Game is not allowing the customers inside of the cafe I just have an enormous line of customers waiting to come in. I have a cafe of empty tables waiting for customers

I love this game but it is not opening properly whenever l click on something this game is stop ,its telling some kinds of network problem there is no problem in my network so its game please fix .
It's not bad, but I can't even get the ads I need for extra stuff to work and can't even get in game support to work. It's sadly a game that is only good for short bursts while always waiting for things to be ready. If times were shorter and no limit on water use I'd be a lot happier.
