I ordered takeout with this app, not only the restaurant didn't received my order and I was being treated as if it's my fault to place my order with an English official app!

Love the app. Ways helps me to cut through lines and just go pick up at the most convenient store. My only suggestion would be to work on the ordering process, it's a little tedious and there are issues with translation or lack of English. Otherwise, love the app

Why do you have to be at the store front to make an online payment for express ordering? The express ordering is useless as you need to get to the store before you can make online payment. Since they won't start preparing your food until you pay, it's pointless to make an order before heading to the store. Unless there's an exceptionally long queue, by the time you app ready to check in for payment, you are already at the counter to make a traditional methods of ordering.

User unfriendly. It is not clear where to find the ordered items and the app did not store you ordered until you finish payment. It is easy to made mistake when you order more than one item......

No matter how many times I reset the password, I still couldn't login. Other than you can pre-order as a guest, other features are basically nonexistent. 😑

Please keep more clean, I have twice found your chicken rice has some quill. A bit disgusting!

poor app update ... it keeps "waiting for download" for 20+ mins, and could not select to update "later", then could not use the app for purchasing because it tried to run the update app and blocked all functions to use .... how stupid it is!

Mobile ordering is suspended. When you registered your details for 15min just because you wanted to order in your seat, but you got a message and you're back to the starting point. Super frustrated

I ordered fried rice w/shrimps and 2 sauces. it's nice, unlike in MX where they only hav curry, baked p.chops, BBQ pork, etc. CdC offers many new.satisfying dishes like seafood.in truffle sauce, spag, fish fillet,etc

Really dun understand why can't settle the payment for more than 1 set meal. I have to separate the payment for 3 same tea set, very troublesome. Pls try to solve this problem.

Android Back button not return 1 level in sub-menu while selecting meal. It will return to main menu and need to select again & again.

welcome e coupon in app was not redeemable at payment counter, while app bug with 6xxx ponts found in my app as first time registerant. No good user experience with the app

app is great, payment method need simplify, also if there is an alarm function alert when food is prepare and ready for take, will be prefect

Very updated, information is renewed all the times. Very informative, members are always told what the new promotion and different offers are going on.

User Interface change without notice. Suddenly cannot accept VISA, credit card information lost. Rubbish application.

A app mainly promotion. Difficult to find where to buy a meal. Go to counter is easier

經常俾完錢之後冇單出/冇記錄。（雖然一般鋪頭係有收到你個order，但係呢個bug對於個app係硬傷。希望及時改進） has bug that transaction records often disappear (no receipt or order number showing in the app for pick-up purpose) after you made the payment.
