Was an ok app but after the last update I can no longer access any activities. If you can't do that along with not being able to redeem your points I'm not sure what the point of the app is. Tried uninstalling and reinstalling but still the same. When the app opens it just keeps saying, "oops, an error has occurred", on the activity screen.
The app was rushed and does not work smoothly. 1. You cannot self-report some tasks in the app 2. The app does not connect and sync with GoogleFit 3. The programs with videos do not keep the screen awake causing the screen to go to sleep in the middle of a video 4. Zipongo progress in the Zipongo app does not update in the Zipongo program 5. It's either not possible or intuitive to redeem points from the app. If these issues were fixed, I would revise my rating and review.
Very limited in it's connectivity with other devices. I have not been able to link any device even the ones they have listed. Went out and bought a fitbit just for work and i still have to manually enter my activity. This is what happens when try and cut cost. You get what you pay for; a much more inferior product from what we had before. If it's not broken don't try and fix it.
Poor user interface, You are not able to manually update your activity from the app, you have to log in to the desktop version to do it. It doesn't sync all activities with your fitness tracker. We are using this app at work to motivate employees to exercise more but this app definitely does the opposite, it discourages you by making frustrating and too hard to earn points.
What is the point of the app if it's just going to keep sending me to the website, which itself is not all that functional. The app takes several minutes to load every time I try to click on a link, then it ends up sending me to the website. The website was not recognizing the activities I had saved to my Garmin, and it would not allow me to disconnect and reconnect. All the work I had done in November was lost, and I had to find other ways to earn points to get my healthcare incentives.
This app is horrible and not user friendly. To do certain things, you have to go to the website where you have to sign in again. Then once at the website, it immediately asks if you want to use the app. I would love to use the app, but it doesn't have the functionally to do certain things. Again, it's horrible, time-consuming, and not at all user friendly.
Zero stars is not an option. Install, uninstall, repeat. App doesn't work. When I did get it to work very briefly, it was pointless. I miss my healthyroads. It was also a pain..but I managed to earn my points and earn quarterly. I'm sure I'll be told I "could have" done more this quarter to earn and it's my fault I'm not going to get paid. Blah
App is fairly good. My main problem is when I want to look at something within the app it takes me to the website through my browser. Then when the browser opens the page it asks me if I want to open the app! 🤣 Update the app to allow everything to be seen/done, and I will update my review to 5 stars.
I enjoy this app up until now. It's very helpful and give up-to-date health information. There's one improvement i can suggest: a comment section. I quit smoking 8 months ago after 40 years of smoking. Every day i don't smoke is a healthy chioce. Thank you so much for all the help out there.
Not as simple a a daily step tracker. Difficult to navigate and frustrating. Also time consuming and inconvienient for people on the go. I need someone to show me how to use the app.
The app is slow to load and slow to record. basically impossible to sign up for additional programs and requiring daily check in is frankly annoying but I understand why they do it.
I've lost almost $300 in insurance discounts because I've had nothing but issue after issue. First I couldn't log in and now that I've been able to do that, I now have no options for earning points. Great app if you don't care about losing money.
Since I received emails saying I would get points/gift cards for completing certain tasks, I joined and started adding. Now I can't get into my rewards page. Sounds like a scam to me!!! I will investigate further if I don't get a satisfactory reply from Welltok, CafeWell. I see what they are trying to do, and I applaud it.I just think it would be way better if it pulled data from the popular health apps. particularly Ihealth and SamsungHealth. it would save time, and get better results.
The app has consistently been crashing for the last 2 months making it pointless to even try to long in more than once. It's become extremely frustrating.
The app has to go to the website. The passwords need to be put in, then it needs a code that it emails, then it won't take the code when I get back. It's a horrible app.
The app worked at first but has been crashing for the past 2 weeks when it opens so I have uninstalled it. I might reinstall it if they ever fix the issue.
I was working very hard on 2 programs and they suddenly stopped. I had plenty of time to complete each but they were removed from the site. I also have been adding my steps every day but they won't add up past 23,000 so I haven't been able to reach the 28,000 steps per week. This site needs a lot of work. I was excited about the challenges I set for myself and none of them are working.
The app will not open. I am on the latest Android version and latest security patches from google seeing as I have the pixel 4xl. I have factory reset my device cleared all cache and data and it won't open at all. If I could I would give this app -5 stars. Your api'sist be broken or your code is poorly written. And personally I wish google would take the app down and force you to build it right.
Horrible. I need this for work and it wi not even open. I'm supposed to use this app to get a discount or credits for my insurance in about a week and I can not access the app tp do so. Horrible.
App was working great. After update my $ screen is gone. I had $ to claim now can't find it. I'm set to complete 2018 $ rewards next week. Hope they fix this issue ASAP
Absolutely terrible app, and program. You can't *do* anything in the app, it transfers you to the website, which immediately asks you if you want to open the app! Why on earth do we need to register for the steps *each* month? They count each quarter, so bare minimum, register every quarter. But it would be even better to not have to register beyond the first time. It's not even syncing anyway, so I'm having to input each day manually, from my Garmin, which I've never had to do in the past.
