Every time i try to deposit a check. It takes a picture of the front of the check then boots me back to the log in screen. When i try to log in it says connenction error. I have tried three times. Each time i deleted the appt and reinstalled it. Same results.
Please fix bug for this app. Eveytime I attempt to login in it comes back with "error". I can't proceed any further . I'm very frustrated because I can't access my account. Help!!!!
The app is a great app it has few bad moments
It's takes me several attempts to deposit EVERY time I use the app to deposit a check. Very frustrating. App is ok otherwise.
The layout is confusing and I dont have the camera icon to deposit checks. CAHP says its my phone thats the issue lol Um, I have an S6 with updated software, so thats not the problem. The problem is the design of the app with the flaws.
I keep getting an error message when trying to logon this morning. I removed and reinstalled app but still having the same problem.
It's okay when it's working but you can't get through very often
The application shuts down when attempting to transfer money from an outside source. Everything else seems to function okay.
I enjoy the new layout of the application. If the ability to transfer to other banks is added I will give 5 stars for sure!
Everytime I try to log on its states invalid pin. I even reset my password just in case for some silly reason i forgot the password. No dice, its the app.
I keep having trouble with this app. It says retrieving data and never opens. Please fix this.
The new app won't allow for money transfers between different checking or savings accounts like the old app. I used to be able to transfer money into my kids account whenever I needed to and now I cant
Just downloaded this app and because I do not have a branch nearby, making deposits, transferring funds and doing other financial transactions will be much easier.
It's difficult to navigate this app. Please bring back the older version.
Very easy to use, great to have my credit union info right at my fingertips!!
Always having issues with the app! I have to open it multiple times before it actually let's me log in. Now I'm going to see if uninstalling and re-downloading will help
On initial opening, it would not allow me to get past the disclosure screen. I uninstalled then reinstalled. It worked. Every other time I log in, I have to provide my member number because it doesn't save (despite clicking the remember me tab). Each time I have to enter my member number, it sends me through the initial log in process again. Took a long time to finally get an app and it is really lacking.
