slow, inneficient and adds absolutely 0 security as if someone has stolen my mobile they've got the app and if someone had my pc banking access they can authorize in the web. It's just a slow and unnecessary extra step on what could be seamless operations
Performance problems and I have 8GB memory and strong WiFi. Absolutely performance problems
On my phone it works well but support for older phones is bad. We have an elderly friend with an older Android 4.4 and there is no option to use her account due to the dependency on this app. Your website says ANY phone but that is wrong. How does someone with an older phone use their online account? Why can't they use it without an app by using SMS based code confirmation?
Very frustrating experience with this app so far. Most of the time international payments don't appear in the app to approve. We've been unable to make several international purchases as a result of this problem. It also seems quite tempramental... it doesn't work on the first attempt and then when you try again it works on the 2nd and 3rd attempt. The previous system of sending a security code via SMS for payment approval worked much better. This app just does not perform it's basic function that it was designed to do!
Really bad experiance and with all Caixa Apps, they work slow and are a bit confusion and annoying when you need to use them.
Update march 2022. Everytime i use these messy apps, i am asked to provide 5 stars. Like hell!!! Maybe i can provide advise: go look at how its done in the first world... Dont like Caixas online website or apps. So primitive, messy, disorganised... they really should look at the first world to see how its done...
It's an additional security layer for the Caixa bank app. Works great. Updated. Still works great
Update on the caixa mess. On the 7th March again I had to fly to spain to try sort out the mess with both my mortage acc and personal acc as still frozen (7 weeks now ). In the end I canceled my personal acc as they still could not tell why accounts were frozen. They could unlock the personal account for me to close and withdraw my money and again re froze once done the mortage so the same mess still exists . Do not bank with caixia as you will pay a price for their messes. Avoid caixa
I have tried several times to download this app, all without success which is really infuriating. I know what your response is going to be as its the same to all others, the point is, this should have been fixed some time ago as you are aware of the various problems. I have been unable to make several.payment because of this app and its very frustrating with for me and the recipient. Please sort it
Autofill works now, however I just got prompted that my device is not secure three times in a row and after that it worked fine. Not a great experience. Also it keeps asking for my password every single time, I feel like biometric authentication should be enough. Also it spams me after every time I use it to rate it in the play store... I understand one time but not every time. And the notification can't be disabled because that would disable the actual notifications too.
Terrible. This app should be optional unless they can actually make it work. I've spent the whole day trying to do a transaction and the website just complains there is an error but gives no details so it's impossible to resolve. The support on WhatsApp responded once and then completely ignored me for the rest of the day. The card and numbers system was perfectly secure. If I can't use Caixa Bank's online banking I'll have to move to another bank that can make a fuctional app.
Its helpful however at times it wont open, i get a error message that the application has stopped working. Aside from that its very useful. I specially like the option to activate the widget so that you can see your balance without having to log into the account. 4 stars from me :)
Worthless app, whole afternoon sending money UK, 6 times, calling helpline for 1 hour...nothing
I think it has improved since the last time i had issues with it, nevertheless there is room for improvement. Gave4 stars for you not to relax. keep updating and actualising
A good app! Though the description of the "Transactions" can be confusing. When I log in, I have to confirm a "Transaction of verification of identity", which makes me scared I have to pay, same with the "transaction" to enable mobile payment. Better or clearer transaction details, like not calling all them transactions, would be appreciated

First i was unable to reach past the language menu selection of the app (the first thing that appears when you install the app). Then I've tried to turn off an app that I use for filtering blue light (Twilight) and voila. So now im giving 5 stars because of that, since this is a security feature that protect you from letting third party apps to screen you when you're using CaixaBank Sign, it's not a great deal but it's good to know that the developers care about security.

Rubish, impossible to use. Update 23rd May 2022, in America on holiday can not access account because lacaixa sign will not work, it keeps telling me someone is already using my login details. Well of course they are it's me. Stupid idiots.
It doesn't work on my cell phone. Likely cos it's rooted but it doesn't prompt any warning.
Absolute nightmare, cant get through on phone or use the app as it keeps blocking!
Update January 2022. It's working a whole lot better now so changing to 5 stars. There are so many pins and passwords to remember and I never know what pin they are asking for so I keep having to make new passwords and therefore keep forgetting them. Update. It works a bit better now but the sign process can sometimes be very slow.
I have only made a few transfers since having to use this system. Fine when it works but when the app freezes and I am unable to complete the most basic of transfers it becomes the most useless system. Especially when it's Saturday 11pm at night and it tells you to contact your bank. Luckily the next morning it decided to work again but it has made me nervous as to whether it will work every time or not now.
Every few months I have to re enable this app. This can happen any time. The last time was during a purchase. It was so complicated that I was unable to make my purchase at that moment. .... codes, codes and more codes.... why isn't my fingerprint sufficient? Also I would like the option to use Google pay with a different credit card, but greedy Caxia Pay takes precident and overrides Google Pay.
Useless application. Could be perfectly integrated in the other Caixa bank app. Unnecessary complexity. App is slow and poorly designed. Does not allow using biometrics. Have to input your pin every single time no matter how simple the transaction is. Just awful.
The app is not working!!!! The CaixaBank app takes me to this one to confirm a a transfer but it just keeps loading to throw an error and keep trying again. The worst thing is that I sent out an urgent email a month ago a not even an automatic reply from a support service!!! I can't operate!!! Could you please either fix it or contact me???
App is requesting that I update my sign in for security reasons. However, when I go to do this it only gives me two options, either at a La Caxia branch, or via a La Caxia ATM machine. How can I do that from the UK? I phoned La Caxia London office a week ago and reported the problem, (the customer service assistant said this had been flagged up by other users), and I also emailed them. Nothing has been done and I still cannot access my La Caxia account either via the app or the online website.
I installed the app, want to log in, and once I want to put in my identification, an error message comes up, saying there is a screen filter application installed to my device and because of that, doesn't let me to log in. I uninstall all possible applications from my phone, and still the same. CANT LOG IN!!
At the point of inputting the confirmation code for the app, our Internet connection failed and all information already inputted was lost! On trying to re-install the app, I was told that I need to go into a Caixa branch or to a Caixa ATM which aren't available in the UK! Unfortunately, until I am able to download the app, I am blocked in accessing bank services! I really didn't want a phone app in the first place!
