Horrible experience!I had ordered a package specially for Mother's day (8th May) with their 2 hours delivery claim. I did not receive the order the entire day and had to order from somewhere else. Meanwhile, I've been trying to call the customer care but no one answers. I even applied for refund but no use. EDIT: I received the refund a week later after incessant calls and emails to the customer care. I would suggest you improve your service for better reviews and happier customers.
I switched to this app because of the reality I were given a totally superb features which I actually have in no way anticipated and it’s some distance very clean to make use of and has desirable interface.
Please do not use this service. They will charge premium prices for gifts and then deliver something else altogether. I ordered a gift plant and was utterly embarrassed when some different variety of plant was delivered in a cheap looking vase. The customer service wouldn't even respond. This app is a total scam, ordered a birthday cake, while checkout it was mentioned that it will get delivered within 2 hours, but on contacting they say that it is for metro cities only, for others the standard delivery is till 9 pm, what will someone do by getting a birthday cake at 9 pm, customer service people have no clue, they keep saying will expedite but to no avail. Don't fall for these apps when they cannot guarantee on time delivery, order from swiggy/zomato instead
terrible. placed an order 3 days ago with the time slot of 9am to 3pm delivery today and it is passed the timeline and still not delivered. even the delivery guy said that the address was changed in the last minute while no change was done at all. uninstalling the app and will prefer to go deliver it myself instead of using these kind of apps with poor services

My experience with this app is very good, best cakes and gifts , they always deliver good stuff at the time, best customer support like you don't have to call again & again.. They understand and solve every little things about their customer order.
This is the worst customer service ever. I had ordered for Good times ahead brown photo frame , and I called and clearly checked with the agent if I was getting the same color I had ordered for and he confirmed yes I was getting the same, and now I end up getting black colour, which I never wanted. And after I raised a Complaint I get a call back saying nothing can be done we are sorry. Very irresponsible customer support, very upset.I would definitely not recommend this app. Worst service ever
Delivery was not within the time slot i had requested , too late . But the quality of the products received covered up all the late timing issues. Thank you for the delivery at least it was delivered on the same day . Kindly make it to the alloted times given by the costumers rest everything is great.
Worst app ever I used to order cake.its better to use fern and petals alteast they provide proper service and loyal for there customer's. From Winni i ordered cake and while ordering it's mentioned 8am to 10 pm but still no cake was delivered and even there is no option to cancel the order. I already made payment online. please don't use this app.

This app doesn't even deserve one star. I ordered for mother's day and they delivered the products one day late. Their service is really very bad. Please do not order from them at all. There are way better apps than this. Their services are pathetic. Don't waste your money on them.
The ridiculous experience ever, they do consider the bulk orders at special occasions and give vague reasons for the delay causes on ours, no proper follow ups and service.would never recommend this to any, kindly do not waste your time and money. Haven't received my parcel at all. Disgusting and pathetic 😒 would go for minus if there is any scope
Worst service. They just dump the order on a random vendor to manage locally, without any consideration of quality. Delivered item would be a cheap copy of advertised item (baked and assembled by unsupervised primary graders) Customer service is horrible - you will be abandoned in between and even after spoiling the event, refund is out of question. STAY AWAY

It's very disappointing.. why you promise that you can deliver the order on perticular date if you can't fulfill it.. my order was delivering at 7 may but till the date it didn't delivered. And other you charge very hight delivery charges. If any buddy want to spoil our surprise then they should place order on winni.. 😡
These people are theives. I had very bad experience with my first order. They delivered flowers the next day and spoiled the occasion. And the flowers that they sent were withered. When I called up customer care they said they will refund my money back and now it has been more than 2 weeks they have not refunded the money. When I followed up today they say it is not possible for them to refund the amount. These people are theives they are stealing customers' money. Don't buy anything from them.
The worst app to order cakes and gifts. The customer care will not give exact updates. After the time passes they will not cancel the order. This is the worst site, I ever came accross. I ordered a cake and flowers for my mother on Mother's Day but nothing got delivered and they started saying that it will take 52 hours to get the delivery done where they charged me 99 INR extra for same day delivery. Please don't use this app.

When questioned, the customer support person says that App shows only tentative date and there is no promised date... Utter foolish.... Never ever choose WINNI.
