Been charging and Using this apps for years but then I charged 2 time didnt receive coins and submitting ticket so far no answer. I will wait until you guys give me my coins then i will remove my comment. ):

This app is over loaded with function problems. Livestreams lag and freeze constantly. I'm a bouncer in several streams and if a user is removed from a stream, they still show in active viewers lists and often aren't removee at all. Token purchases frequently do not properly get credited to your account. Not only that, but tokens that are in your account may be taken at various amounts when no gift has been given. It's a great theory with absolutely terrible coding to make it work properly.

They just seem to not care about girls who are not from USA . Im in Europe i cashed out 2 weeks ago and still didn't get MY MONEY that i worked for. They keep sending the same emails over and over again and they just don't seem to care of giving me the money. Bad experience i feel like im loosing my mind. I need the money thats why i broadcast. 😡😡😡😡😡😥😥

This app is only nice because it follows the basic look at me and reward system. Which is all cool. But it's not necessarily user friendly due to it missing so many basic functions that would make it easier for users when compared to other similar apps. Although, it does update from time to time, fixing these issues slowly. All in all; this app is worth it.

The app in the whole is just...really counter-intuitive and has been more than a little difficult, as far as video chatting goes. The app has a lot of potential, but I'd hate for that potential to be squandered because of a less-than-ideal UI.

It would be nice if the app could work on Wifi network I don't know if that's just me but whenever I try to watch a live on Wifi the screen is just black and also Cake needs to be back available for iPhone's its ridiculous that an iPhone user can't download the app anymore. Other than that I love the app but those improvements need to be fixed.

One of the worst apps out there. Keep your kids off any streaming app.

On the android app there is a section that let's you see premium videos, but no seperate section for short 1 minute or less videos. it would benefit the app to make a new section on the android app for short videos on the messages tab. think about how many people dont buy the short videos simply because they get lost in random messages. Edit: I specified on the Android app for a reason. I tried the website version and the app seems to work better.

The first coins I bought went through everything good. As of yesterday March 30 my purchases have gone through, but I have not received any coins. I tried the 100 coins first thinking it was a glitch on my end or something so I just went back and decided to get the 500 and 1200 one. After purchasing I received nothing so I went ro check my bank account and the money was coming out. so i was pretty much getting scammed... UPDATE! Problem was resolved just link your receipt. Everything is good.

App update..! The app hides videos so you can't see what it could look like before you buy it.. and no more description of video is supported.. also they got rid of the Area for buying premium videos and replay shows .. I don't see how that improves the app from a customer perspective.. I don't like not having an idea on what's in the video I might be looking to purchase.😔

I'm having a huge problem where I haven't been able to upload videos for a week. I've gotten absolutely no help from customer service and I'm starting to get pretty upset because not being able to create content hinders my ability to make money and I'm losing A TON OF MY INCOME! Please somebody fix this and I'll change my rating.

Amazing people but everything is so expensive and costly. From the gifts to the replays that are only there for a certain amount time and not able to see anymore if I don't get enough coins in time and to something that isn't worth it

App keeps crashing. Logged in after a week or so and started getting notifications of invites which were as old as a week when I last logged in. Cannot open the app as it crashes. Need to have this notification stop which are old and we need to have option to delete the request all of them instead of selecting one chat at a time .

I started to build a profile added a picture of my face and a message comes back stating that I had uploaded explicit images and was not allowed to do that. WHO REVIEWS THESE?? I can't be bothered with uploading my profile picture time after time, and that's my first few minutes using this app and its a Bad Impression, thus this will likley be uninstalled!

Unusable now, you have to wait for in app notifications to stop before you can do anything. When you get numerous videos and invites sent it takes way too long to be able to access anything. Clearly the devs don't care, as over 2000 notifications still popping up before you can use the app. Uninstalled

Please come up with a script to remove the Private Party invites once those parties are completed/over. This creates unnecessary memory issues as it stores those invites in the cache. And of course this app has a lot of bugs that need to be fixed. I prefer Tango App over this app just for those bugs that need to be resolved.

App could rival any of it's kind but 9x out of 10 the people are not viewable they are either out of the viewing angle or it is a blank screen. Also the video quality seems to be a lot lower than other apps

I used to be a big fan of the app when it was first starting to grow. But I really am disappointed to what it turned out to be. It's just people going live for money instead of communicating. Why did you guys take out the feature to go on a public live 1 on 1. It was so fun seeing two people talk about random stuff or argue but now that's all gone.

I had bought tokens from the app and receive an error pop up telling me to contact them. I produced to tell them what had happend and showed them the receipts. They insisted that I received them. Why would I care if I got the tokens to go through the truble and find out how to contact and email back and forth. All I wanted was what I payed for. Don't wast your money on this app. You may not get what you pay for.

It doesn't allow me to put a profile picture on my account so I can live stream fix it or I will never use this app again

I like the App. its good and all but i had an issue where a transaction did not go through i bought 1200 tokens and it shown an error. edit: I had made a mistake nothing was wrong with the transaction just needed a new phone. I am sorry for my invconvience.

Im only going to give it one star b cuz it started out good, I was feeling the videos. Some of them were pretty funny! But anyways after that it was totally a waste of my time...it kept throwing back to my profile, it wouldn't let me delete my photos...that I decided I didn't want on there, the female are kind of stuck, and again you have to pay too get the good stuff! good app but recently having major messaging issues which is frustrating, it only works when you are on the app and whenever you leave the app no messages will show up so you will miss bits of messages until you re log in again

I use to like this app a lot. But recently, i no longer receive private party notification, and when i go live, i can't make private party either. This app is getting boring.
