CAL Bank

quite functional and serves its purpose but its very slow, no biometrics to secure d app. colour of text are not contrasting enough to make text visible. very poor use of space, everything in the app is up d screen. the user experience and user interface is very bad and outdated. nice colour scheme though but the app was last updated 3rd October 2017, how? how are we moving forward with this? this is a very bad reflection of the bank. other local bank are doing it better, CalBank do smthg abt it.

It's not connecting... Even on strong WiFi. Please I have read all the reviews, and looks like these problems haven't been fixed at all. I won't waste time describing what is already known.. The app needs fixing

Log-in is a problem sometimes. takes longer time and most often it keeps repeating connection problem. i have had to reinstall the app several times. aside that, its a cool app.

Terrible banking app. Takes forever to open and sometimes won't open. Can't do much with it except check balance which takes forever. I'm so frustrated I am gonna leave the bank as soon as I find another local bank with a better app.

it was working fine initially. from last week it doesn't even show the login page . if eventually the login page shows up it doesn't open your page. I'm not happy at all

Very bad interface and it's very slow too. Calbank app is very nasty and they have no dream of improving it. I think I need to close my accounts with this bank.

Since I installed it, I haven't even been able to open it. It gives me the feedback that there something wrong with my Internet connection when there's nothing wrong with it.

This app is so bad and inefficient it doesnt serve its functional requirement at all...cal bank can do better...its very slow and unresponsive...pls do something about it.

can't login on this app and I tried using the browser on my laptop still can't login anytime I tried it says authentication failed please verify login credentials and try again.

It works well jxt that I'm trying to activate my soft token but I haven't received any SMS as it says. I also want to know how to access mobile banking on my phone pls. It's a good app thou tnx

I think this app should be updated, it's very slow and always keeps asking me to check on internet connection and try again even if am using 4G....

Very poor app....the only thing that appears on my screen is 'lack of connection pls check your connection and try again'

A lot of bugs, app doesn't function appropriately and it seriously needs an update.

very difficult to sign up. you have to do something about your services, stop changing our account numbers by heart. whats wrong with you people, mobile banking bad, services bad , app worse

I think Cal Bank should invest more resources into this app to make it worthwhile. It's a very bad reflection of the bank.

This app can't even open,,,, after downloading it has been loading for about 15ms yet I have abundant data boundle.... Y?
