Calc Box - Photo,video locker,Safe Browser,Applock

I was so excited when I found this app! I went through the photos and saw all the great features it has and hit the download button. I then began reading the description and FAQ. It was when I read the FAQ that I immediately uninstalled it again. If the app is uninstalled before unhiding any stored data that data is permanently lost. This signifies an app that is not merely, fundamentally flawed, but unfinished. ANYONE who owns or has owned a mobile device, has most likely found themselves in a situation where it has crashed and a large number of apps have been corrupted. Such as ones that were stored in part on the SD card. Now thanks to google and Microsoft's One drive we can now rest assured that most of our photos, videos, and documents are backed up online. With apps like this though, online back up technology is unable to detect any photos and videos on the device. So the developers fail to include a crucial feature of private photo vaults and then they expect YOU to be responsible for trying to avoid a potential pitfall THEY left in the app... l don't think so! There are actually developers that incorporated cloud backup into their app. I'm going to try theirs instead.

Great app, does what it says EXCEPT for a major problem with the applock ( i. e. Don't download for this feature). Great list of features for free in settings that aren't even in description. The only problem is the applock. It shows a passcode to open the app, but if you click on a bouncing picture of a present in the top right of the screen (VERY obvious to click on) you can watch a ad and the app unlocks! I'm not even sure if this is a glitch or something on purpose, but I am not able to use this feature. I have another app now but I'd really like to have this one for that. I've also held off from their "remove ads” payment for this reason all the other features are great and the only reason I'm not giving it five stars is be ause of the applock problem

Does what it's supposed to but be careful I tried the free version for about a week to test it, and it it does exactly what it's supposed to. However, the ads are annoying so I paid to have them removed (please note that I am a cheapskate and very rarely pay for apps or anything app related). The ads have not been removed and I have reached out to the developer and have yet to receive any feedback or resolution.... else this would be an easy 5* rating.

The app is okay. But it'll be better if we can choose what type of album design we want. I'm okay with simple folder design with more narrow spaces. My suggestions are : + choose the size of folder + change the album/folder thumbnail to our desire(so we can easily figure out fast which folder we're searching) + alphabetical, numerical, or view by most used. + when you close the app, you can still see what you're hiding by hold pressing the menu.(pls fix this)

If all worked according to plan, I would rate this app 5stars...however...my pin was chosen with = for accessing app...for unlocking apps , no = option available...changed pin to exclude = requirement. My pin couldn't unlock other apps. Got reset code via email...wrong code!! Only option was to uninstall app in order to regain access to my other apps. Intruders must've tampered with it. Will try it again.

So far the userability is pretty great except when initially setting up (code) t'was a tad confusing, BUT I figured it out without too much thinking AND invested time. I'm confident any well-informed app user will be impressed! The settings options helps user navigate and control certain aspects of vault lock, leaving the user feeling some peace. Exhale!! I believe that any user will be happy with outcome. I will check back in a week's time to hopefully add fifth star!! Love app so far!

This is a great app. How ever there is only one small complaint I have, while watching videos and slideshows the app. Doesn't automatically replay the playlist, I believe this app. Would benefit greatly from this feature.

This is the best app I've seen, but it looks outdated. You should combine photo and video tabs and add browser tab in bottom toolbar, we disable notification of vault apps usually so a way to manage downloads inside the app.

Once paid to clear ads, works fantastic and integrates well with the media gallery. functions properly as a calculator and hides files from my file explorer apps as well. I do recommend enabling the option to press the equal sign after access pin in settings for better security (not default) . I do Recommend this app.

It has two major problems. I cannot rotate the screen to a horizontal format which is necessary for my tablets stand. Also the app and files should be able to be transferred to the SD card. Most tablets have small internal storage. I purchased this app but not sure that I will use it.

Update: used 1. 4gb data this month. Is tbis app stealing my pics?? .. Pretty good except one time when i went to unlock all the images it came up as zero value image date for all of them luckily another program was able to restore the deleted images. Id suggest baxking up the photos to an external drive or emailing them to yourself for storage, then locking them on your phone with this app. Depending on how sensitive the material is, maybe dont email them..

Works great but I wish I didn't need to deal with the annoying adds... I don't mind the add in the bottom of the screen like most other apps but to have a advertising that takes entire screen it's just too much...

Enjoyed this app although unlike other apps very limited as to manipulating files once saved, basically no way to sort them other than by recent or oldest, and then it stopped seeing files to download after a phone update. Emailed for help but nothing, so unlocked everything, saved in different app and deleted... Gutted but no support and waste of time if it stops after phone updates.

The app is okay. No one knows it a security app untill the password is entered. It also can use as a calculator. The only thing ill like the developer to work on is when one enter password the equal sign = should be use has submit before the other page is open for view. It a calculator, anyone might just enter any number

Does what it says Would be nice to have a higher quality calculator but this still does the trick so thank you Edit: I've had my phone fail and was forced to reset it. In doing this I lost all my content and wasn't able to retrieve it from my computer.

Yes the app can hide personal file contents be it pictures or videos and it's amazing. However, the app lock facility does not work. I have to go over every now and then to switch the app galary on from the setting as it kept demanding I do so. Please fix this fault and I will give you five star.

Functional without being exceptional. Always asking for a rating which was rather intrusive. Would be nice if it could hide stuff on memory card though. Overall, does what it says - hides your pics and videos.

This app is brilliant just one issue there can be a backup option to make a backup of private data stored in the app incase if it gets deleted it can be restored... Making zip of encrypted data and uploading on drive and them restoring it from drive and decrypt it .. developer please provide feedback if it can be done and to resist backup of data that bren already backed up can be stored in an array with their name so no data would be backed up twice.

I'm using this app from last many years but this time I'm facing a difficulty when ever i tried to hide any pictures and i go to relevent folder it shows nothing to select. It show every folder and gallery empty when i open the gallery from this app. Please Fix this issue. I checked every possible settings including permissions.

dude, this app is an actual guarantee, it hides your photos, you can use a finger print to open it, you can do basically anything, it has an in app browsing that works PERFECTLY, LIMITED ADS, don't get me wrong there are ads but there is almost 5% of the time, overall an great app to store photos you don't want others too see,

It seems to do the job better than the other calculator Plus app that would not let me reset my password so I had to uninstall it. But there is so many ads popping up that is a little bit more than slightly annoying in my professional opinion. Now I am all for advertisement but harassing advertisement in your face every 4 seconds is like stubbing your toe on the couch leg. Ok, good talk...h

This app is very poorly built ,in that since I changed the face screen shot ,the app hasn't allowed me to get into it to at least retreive some photos ,and videos ! I really want to uninstall the app ,but then my photos would be deleted also ,why can't you guys fix this problem ??????

The app provides all sufficient functions but I became really frustrated by ads. At every step of every action, it flashes the ads, which disturbs in the flow of work. Otherwise the app could be liked a lot.
