UPDATE: Now three stars as another feature it needs! Ability to edit the saved recepies. Looks a great tool if you know what you're doing. To make this five star would be good if it came with FAQs on the different settings and preloaded with some dough recipes as well.

Does it matter the temp of water used?
Would consider myself a fairly good / experienced home pizza maker, but could never really master the OG pizza, the neopolitan. Using this app 4 times I've make 4 exceptional (not my words..) neopolitans. Well done dude for figuring it out for us. Highly impressed. Yeast amount may seem like at first, but if you are doing a 24hr fridge fermentation it works out perfect.
