Calculator - Photo Vault & Video Vault hide photos

It does what it says and that's about it. No way to importing files, or able to select the thumbnail that you want for your files you create. Also no other tools like being able to change the thumbnail size on screen or rearrange the pictures in the file. Also would like an option to set files in alphabetical order or newest to oldest or vice versa. You can export videos. Once you use the app your videos are gone. Oh they wont respond to your emails either.

I absolutely LOVE this app! I use it for every photo on my phone so that they dont take up storage. Doesn't have any annoying ads. I paid for the better version so I could use touch ID to unlock it fast and simple. I only wish that it would save all of my photos and videos to my account. But, other then that, it's great. Would HIGHLY recommend.

I've tried over a hundred times to decrypt and export my photo's but it keeps saying its going to its original path: [/storage/###some numbers###/DCIM/Camera]. That folder does not exist on my phone. I thought it might of had something to do with the SD card so i encrypted a new photo stored on the phone. Then tried to decrypt that one and it said pretty much the same thing. Its like they are now encrypted against my will. This app is only useful if you never want to have access to your photos without using the app. Terrible! Also, the makers Green World Inc do not have any contact info for you to get help if you need it! Don't waste your money.

Opened by itself! I have been using this app for about a year with no complaints. However, today I picked up my phone and the app was open, not only that, it was open and in one of my picture folders. Thankfully my kids did not pick up my phone. I haven't opened the app in over a week, so how it opened itself, used my passcode, and opened my folder of pictures is beyond me. Unsettling to say the least. Downloaded a different app. Deleting this one now, still disturbed.

So, in order to proceed after entering your passcode, you would have to hit the "%" button. A recent update has now made it to where it automatically corrects into a decimal, and now I can no longer access my photo vault. Please fix this issue. I have many pictures that i would hate to lose.

Don't waste your time. I forgot my password and there is no way to reset it so I uninstalled it twice completely from my phone yet when I went to reopen the app to start over the main calculator portion popped up as if I had never deleted the app in the first place, still requesting a password that I do not have. Very very annoying. I will change my review when I see that another strategy is presented so I can simply reset my pin and continue using it like I want to. But all it is now is a massive headache that can easily be replaced by something better

This app used to work great. Now it has frequent full screen ads with no close button, rendering it unusable. If you hit the back button, you always get the same next time so once one of the offending ads appears the software is broken. Great ap otherwise and I don't mind ads, even full screen ads, but when they have no close button and completely block the ap it's a huge problem.

When I use this app I stored all photos on this however upon changing phones due to breaking my other phone, I could not find a way to get into the app again after that. I also lost my password which I cannot seem to recover. On top of that I've emailed them to no response and quite a few times. So I've lost every single one of those you cannot seem to get any help in recovering the account which I have paid for the lifetime subscription. If you're developing you read this please contact me!

It had worked fine when I had new phones in the past, but after getting a phone a month ago, I can not get it to go back and find my photos and videos... Such a shame... Great Memories. I just renewed my yearly subscription in July... I would like a full refund. Worked again. New phone... now not working again. Please fix

I used this app on iOS and now again on Android. I paid the £1.79 for premium as I needed the encrypted video saving feature too, which also allows me to unlock with my fingerprint and removes ads. At first, I thought the app was broken but I deleted it and entered a new PIN - I must have typed a different PIN to what I thought. Works fine! Would be good to know the encryption standard used though, as an out-of-date standard woukd be vulnerable.

Really good, the free version is actually very good and supports multiple different albums. You just have to type in your 4 digit pin, hit % and you're in. And the best part, the app closes when you leave, so you don't have to worry about accidentally leaving your sensitive photos vulnerable.

Samsung Galaxy S9. Works really well but I would love to be able to save to a SD card instead of internal memory. I like to use internal for apps and save all my files to SD card but I haven't found a way of doing this. I use Folder Guard and USB CRYPT on my PC computer to backup all those sensitive files and keep away from prying eyes. Backup your files people and you won't lose your data.

Last year I accidentally deleted the vault photos via a folder management app in internal storage and so my photos are no longer accessible via the app. I paid £6.49 for unlimited cloud backup since Jan 2019 in case this happened or the app failed as some reviewers suggested it might but have tried to access my photos and videos in the cloud but can't find them anywhere. They may be in the cloud somewhere but I've been given no guidance on where or how to retrieve... literally no point in this app if the media is just going to disappear anyway.

PLEASE FIX THE APP SO THAT WE CAN CHOOSE THE DESTINATION FOLDER WHEN EXPORTING FILES/PICTURES! The destination folder that is default does not exist even if I try to create it. So I cannot export anything! Once you fix this I will rate 5 stars. Edit Jan 10/2022 Developer has still not alowed us to choose the desired destination when exporting photos. All of my photos are being held hostage!!!!

All of my photos are now lost after having this app for a few months. It shows the never of photos in the album but when I click on the album, it is empty. I will never be able to recover these. Reading reviews I saw similar complaints. Don't download this app!

DO NOT DOWNLOAD this app is total garbage. bugs left and right. ads to the point where it's nearly unusable. and upon account recovery, all info is kept except for the pictures that you downloaded the app for in the first place. when support was messaged numerous times about a variety of issues, they respond with the exact same generic email, copied and pasted. trash quality, and equally shotty customer service. -5 stars. DO NOT DOWNLOAD

Was working surprisingly well at the beginning ... I had some scans of important documents and some sketches that I had to protect. I had my hands on the device again after 2 months and now it isn't responding to the passcode which I remember is the correct one .... Four digit code then hit % ... It does the calculations instead ... PLEASE PROVIDE A SOLUTION ! Losing the data is not an option for me ... Can I decrypt it somehow ?

great concept. not so great implemenration. ads covered most of the screen. after loading just 2 pictures into the vault, the + sign disappeared, preventing me from loading any more. I have more than 2 pictures, so the app is worthless to me. i uninstalled it put on a different but simular app. much better. happy now

I had saved my pictures in this app. This was working fine but now all of a sudden I have lost all my pictures. When i open the folder it shows empty. I checked the comment section,and i found the same problem with everyone. You have to provide the recovery asap.

Sent many emails to request assisntance recovering app password. The free version i thought was working fine for the most part until i noticed pictures went missing, adds became cluttersome and always present over photos that didnt go missing, and then one day my password stopped working. Now after multiple email requests to their customer service for assistance recovering account i am going to give up and delete app. Makes me think who else has access to this personal info to change my stuff?🤬

A not terrible app, hampered by the fact that it times out. So when youre watching one of your videos, the screen turns off. Also, when you switch from portrait to landscape, the whole video starts again. There are no options or settings to change this.

App seems to have stopped allowing files to export from the vault back into the accessible album in my gallery. Unsure if this is due to an update, but worked fine before and now I have images trapped in the app that can't be exported. I've attempted to locate assistance with this, but unable. Please assist...
