Calendar Import - Export (ics)

Oh thank goodness! My 20 years worth of Outlook calendar data got erased when I rebuilt my PC... I had old back ups but my phone had recent data that was synced via Akruto Sync. I have tried everything for a week to get the data... I came across this and it worked in a few minutes. I cried! And it is free!! The only thing that would be helpful is to make it clear where the export is written to - that took a while to find out... (It's on the root of the phone drive when connected by USB). Thank you so much :)

Useless. I set up a calendar on the new phone, then closed that app. Opened this one and it gave me an error message saying there was no calendar set up. No way to dismiss the error message and help it find the calendar, only option was to close the app. Tried force stop and clear data, no change. Backup old, NO restore. Manual entry for me. Oh joy.

Was trying to find something to back-up my years of SPlanner local calendar on an old device in order to import into a Google Calendar supported format. This worked excellent! 4 Stars because the import options are not clearly explained and I was too scared to risk messing something up to use.

It works. Transferred calendar from Huawei android calendar to Google calendar on my new phone. Very basic instructions but managed. Biggest issue was finding where the export downloaded to on my old phone but once found I emailed it to myself and then saved it on my new phone. Then downloaded the app to that phone and used the import function.

A little bit clumsy and awkward in terms of UI. This makes it a little bit confusing to use. The UI could use some improvements like tooltips and maybe a wizard to make it simple. But if you figure out how to use it it does its job well. 4/5, one star off because of the UI.

Doesn't look pretty but does the job! I downloaded an ical file with 12 meetings listed. All I had to do was choose which Google calendar to import to at the top of the page and then at the bottom of the page import file, then load. A minute later I loaded my calendar app and they are all there in the correct timezone. Thanks!

Samsung Cal saves your Cal to my Cal in local phone. No apps seems to want export this to move to new phone. This app did so, but with some problems. It installed about 20 birthday event entries duplicated across every single day of my new Cal. Manually deleted these multiple events, hence 3/5. But thanks anyway for this app I have since found a paid option is business cal2 which let's you import /export specified Cals and print wirelessly too.

Doesn't work on my new Moto G Power running Android 10. I used this app successfully on several previous phones running Android Oreo and lower. But now it would not import the ICS file from my previous phone. And when I manually created calendar entries on the new Moto, the app does not see them to export. Super bummer because this app worked great for me on other phones, and I can't find anything else to export a backup of my Android 10 calendar.

I wanted simply to transfer calendar data from my old mobile phone running on Android7 to a new one. Believe me, the mobile phone company could offer me any solution and not simple solution could be found on the internet until I accidentally stumbled upon this app that simply did the work with ease! I'm really very delighted that I have all the calendar data in my new phone now! Thanks a million!! :D :D

Kinda worked. I wanted to import the entire file, not just the events linked to the file (my .ics file automatically updates my work schedule). It also automatically placed the events on my phone calendar with no option to put them in my Google Calendar app. But it did import events so it isn't totally a waste.

Great app! Found the ics file in my internal storage, outside of any folders. Would be even better if you added the option of saving it else where. Overall, the app helped move events from my device calendar so can only recommend 😊

Excellent!! Exactly what's needed to export all calendar events from LG phones that run the LG Calendar and have events stored to the Phone calendar (not Google calendar). The resulting exported calendar file can then be moved to a new phone and imported (with apps that support the common .ics format).

App instantly crashes starting from second launch. I took a guess that using the Offline Calendar app also by them would solve it, and it does indeed work. It feels more convenient importing or exporting the offline calendars made there.

Didn't seem to be able to find an .ics import function on Google Calendar app in Android, so I used this and was done in 30seconds. UI could be better, usability is just fine.

Life Saver! I have recently swapped from the Samsung S10 to S21 and my calendar would not transfer over (very annoying) but within 5 minutes of downloading this app onto both phones I had all my appointments on my new phone!

Did what I wanted, which was to transfer phone events to Google. Not the most user friendly UI but I don't mind it as it's a tool with a specific purpose and it did that really well.

Downloaded to move phone calendar to Gmail calendar. All it has done is delete those items from my phone calendar and exported 200 items from 6 years ago to my Gmail calendar. Made things worse. When I try to reimport it says null. Terrible terrible app.

Brilliant app! solved my problem perfectly - not the sexiest of interfaces but who cares? Best to keep it simple and functional. Give me a plain looking app that works over a polished turd any day.

This app saved me when I accidentally deleted my calendar data. Exported it before it got the chance to sync then reimported it with this app. Worked flawlessly.

exported all my events, but the ics only includes the first 200 events. when I try to open the app again, it immediately crashes. useless.

Worked problem free as far as I can see! Imported everything from Galaxy S2 to S4. Also one can see that Dr Schürmann is a man of moral character as per his site, which gives me greater confidence in this app. Solved my problem in a few minutes when Samsung support was useless for far longer.

Its just brilliant believe its exquisite...excellent...cant find the best vocabulary to describe how wonderful the App is...download and use it to find out more...you will enjoy, fast, cheap, reliable and out of this world experience

Transfer Data from one Calendar to a new one. Works very well without any issue! I can highly recommend this app!

I didn't think exporting reminders from my non-app store calender would be so easy, but it is! Works great!

Does what it is supposed to do. UI could be better. Difficult for non tech people.

May be fine app (Who knows?), but it won't let me import an ics file without my granting prison for them to access my Contacts!? This is calendar to calendar or maybe file to calendar, but certainly not Contacts to calendar. They must want my Contacts for nefarious purposes.

Downloaded this but it requires permission to access my contacts. I can't see any reason why I need this to import ics files but it won't run unless I let it so I haven't.

Was not successful in importing iCal/ics files into Google calendar. Three stars instead of one because it is free and probably works for someone.

Failing to transfer my calendar from my old Huawei P10 to my new OnePlus 8 using a multitude of different methods, I found a link to this app in the Google Calendar Help. The app is very simple to use, and my calendar was transferred within minutes. Great work, thanks.

It gives an error importing ics files. Cannot set time zone to utc. This doesn't help. Uninstalling
