It works pretty good. I like you can easily see the status of your requests. The only problem is you can not see the case number in this screen or even on the detail screen, which shows only the first 6 digits with a bunch of dots after. So if you want to do a follow up there is no way to give them the case number. They need to put that on a single line in the list view, or at least on the details page.

I'm giving it 4 stars because I love it but it DOES have one big problem: if you don't fill in a mandatory field, attempting to submit SILENTLY fails. There is no explanation as to why nothing happens. This behaviour defies user expectations. Typically, apps highlight any mandatory fields in red that still require information. I assumed there was a network error for MONTHS and frequently gave up on creating tickets... then I figured out today what the intermittent issue was. Please fix it so that any empty mandatory fields GLOW RED when a user clicks the "Submit" button before all required information has been entered. Then I'll switch my rating to 5 stars :)

Very good app for reporting stuff in the city. The only one suggestion I have is, when a person reports an object, and then on the recent tab, it shows closed. But it does not have a reason saying like, completed or not found. But other than that it's a great app.

Don't bother with Android - won't work. I installed this to report a specific issue where City infrastructure was crumbling and in need of repair. I was aware of some of the other comments about this App on android so I was very careful to answer all question. No dice. Even with 5 bars the app would not submit. Very disappointed.

I think I just found out something, so there are some "service requests" that when you submit a: Repair, paving, etc, on this app you get slower response time compared to calling 311, I don't know why that is but would recommend you call them directly for that stuff, in my opinion it's just another useless app.

Seems pretty useless... I've put in 2 requests, both were closed without any contract to me or notes as to an outcome of the situation. I'll be uninstalling this and calling if I feel it's bad enough.

Incidents reported are closed near moments after being reported. There needs to be a reason attached to the closure in my opinion. Or some some can just close these all day long with nothing being done. Reports should have some action taken on the request to let the public know it was properly addressed. Right now it looks like they are dismissing most of Calgarians requests immediately.

Good concept. 2 suggestions. 1. It would be nice when closing a request if you stated what action you have taken. 2. Move the traffic signal report option to another dedicated app.

New Feature - Alerts. How about some details? What kind of banal garbage am I expecting to get pushed to my phone by THIS city's council? The Provincial Alert app is already enough of a disaster. You need to tell me more before I install this.

Works OK for submitting, but doesn't actually attach pictures (either taken in app or selected from folder) to the report.

Poor, completely useless app and waste of taxpayers money which is typical of the City of Calgary. just phone 311 instead

This app makes it really easy, convenient and quick to report any issues to 311 and/or view it's status or the reports of others!

All. Y. Jun 23, 2018

Doesn't allow you to make edits or add comments after you submit your request. If you make a mistake there's nothing you can do.

I hope to let City Planners know how frustrating it is to drive in Calgary. There's no logic in the roads, the signs, the deaign. Makes me roll my eyes. A monkey could make better roads. Toronto has traffic jams because it's busy. Calgary has traffic jams because it's stupid...road workers have no diligence in putting signs up. No pride...luckily, aside from this, Calgarians are nice people, and it's a good place to live. But why are roads design so dumb? Good app.

Last update broke app - still hasn't been fixed. Bad request / failed to sync / services not initialized errors.

The submit button for new requests is invisible. It took quite a while to figure out it is even there. It must be because the submit text is black and it's on top of a black (possibly dynamic coloured) bar.
