Calgary Transit On Demand
Use the app to select a time that you’d like a ride. Enter your pick-up location (either an address in Carrington/Livingston, or North Pointe) and the app will let you know when to expect your ride, and where to wait. If you’re going to North Pointe, the driver will give you a transfer so you can hop on to a Calgary Transit bus.

On demand is a mistake. Not only is the app broken, the whole system is fundamentally an error. The time slots to book rides are inconvenient and inconsistent, drivers arrive by their own accord typically completely ignoring the time slots in general. The drivers do not wait for you any longer than a minute, despite both the app and text message you receive states otherwise. Lastly the rides themselves can take anywhere between 5 - 40 minutes quite literally giving you a tour rather than a ride.
drivers leave 1 minute after they arrive. And they either come way too early or way too late. Way to go calgary, another stupid program that doesn't work
Actually works better than the previous fixed schedule service because it is more reliable. Only disadvantage is that the service hours seem to be shorter on certain days.
The app itself is good but the service is absolutely terrible. Last Sunday the service ends at 6pm, but the latest ride I could get was 4:40pm eich I couldn't make so it essentially left me stranded. The capacity of the vehicles is also terrible having to cram into either a ford transit van or a Toyota minivan.
Huge waste of money and time. Old bus service didn't need improving. No one asked for this and it's a significant step down in service quality. 20 minute bus ride is now an hour if I'm lucky and I get to freeze to death. Thanks for using my tax money to make things worse.
You guys could be more exact and consistent. Also, you should get more buses. However the program isn't too bad.

Why did calgary transit change the perfect system In strathcona aspen springbank into a messy system that is hard to use and complicated its worst than the old system.i wish ican give no star therefore I can give 1 star and also now is frequently 20 minutes late on certain day. Please improve this system
