The app was a lot better before the update/ change back in Oct/Dec time frame. The option is there, and used to work but its now broken. And that is the additional principle/ escrow payment ability. When you select it and input the amount, it defaults back to mortgage amount and cannot change it prior to card input. So if you proceed and just try going back in and do the individual payment option, you can't, it says you reached your allowable monthly transactions. App was great before.

This app sucks constantly updating. Doesn't remember user name or password. Going online is best or calling on the phone. Doesnt have a payment protection warning just incase you process multiple payments while you wait for your confirmation number. Not a fan of this lender.

Zero rating because who made this app don't know how to make something simple so everyone able to use it easily, I've already issues with customer service they are not helpful at all, if write something in app that doesn't about their customers, and top of it caliber home so confuing, I've to complete my taxes but not able to download any documents on my phone, simply don't like this app.

Complete trash. They don't monitor the app. It's been down for 3 months now. Then i message their website, and they won't email my taxes. They legit said to call from the messaging app. What a joke.

Used to be decidedly okay--a little confusing, but usable. Now, I wouldn't even call it an app. It just opens their web interface, literally identical to opening their website in your browser, but without as much functionality. Don't bother downloading--complete waste of time, effort, and phone storage.

One of the worst mortgage apps! Previous versions seemed to work better than the current. Once I finally manage to log in there are waaayy too many steps to make a payment + long loading times for each step = bad experience! One of the previous versions of the app had a slider button that you just needed to slide to make the payment and required just one step to get to it. Can you please bring that back? And also make the app simpler without having to load your website through the app.

This app is absolutely not user friendly. I'm considering refinancing my mortgage just so that I can go back to a bank that doesn't make it so hard to pay each month. The navigation required makes no sense and the security verification plus the fact that information cannot be saved to streamline the payment process, all of that drive me nuts. There isn't such a thing as an app in reality. The app just appear to take you to the mobile site, with limited options and tons of room for error.

App is completely worthless. It's an extension to a browser which allows you to actually use your device to pay the bill rather than calling them every single time.. calling them is another story, one with many frustrations and hate. I have to do a two-factor authentication twice each time I log in for some insane reason. Make an app like an app or allow mobile devices access to bill pay with a normal browser. This whole company is terrible.

It's a web browser skin. The app does exactly what you would get from visiting the site via Chrome. The app doesn't use any of mobile device abilities (i.e. bio-authentication, saving security tokens). This would be useful if the login security was based off of the device rather than re-authenticating the HTML login. The point of having an app is that it's substantially better than visiting a website. This is clearly not doing anything useful. In other words: Don't bother with the app; use Chrome to visit the site and make a bookmark.

Forced to use new login portal which for some reason is opened in the browser and doesn't recognize the same password used with previous portal. Also unable to reset my password because the system can't find my phone number on file I guess since I never receive the password reset texts or automated calls. So now I'm locked out of my account which I could get into without a problem before. Very frustrating.

doesn't work anymore. keeps giving the "request cannot be processed at this time. please reach customer service for urgent assistance" message every time i login. also noticed that my personal capital account doesn't sync the caliber account balances anymore, so not sure if they are related to mobile security or API s being shut down. but overall a very bad experience.

It only allows me to log in successfully about 1 in every 4-5 times I try. It gives weird error messages and tells me to contact support. I try and log in with my web browser on my phone or laptop and it works fine. This web wrapper they chose to use is just faulty or something. I'm giving up on it and just using the web portal at this point.

Less than 1 star. The old version worked so much better. Not sure what happened with Caliber, but the SMS doesn't send the code to my phone anymore through the app or online, so I literally have to call for each pmt, and I'm trying to pay semi-weekly. So stressful. Shouldn't be this difficult to pay a mortgage. Do not recommend using Caliber based on their weak technology.

Have had trouble logging in called over a month ago and this is still not resolved. I have reset the password and user ID and I still can't get into the app. When the app does work it was great when it worked, unfortunately I have to keep using the desktop version to look at my account online. I am very disappointed with the app.

The new apps is not friendly. I'm not happy. I used my phone to pay my bills since 2017 I dont have a problem. After they upgrade the apps I having trouble to make a payment using my phone. When I check my bank they dont get the money there's a problem, my payment didn't get through. I always make a payment every 3rd of the month. And now they charge penalty I'm not happy at all....

The app is terrible. It is slow, it doesn't remember your login info, and you have to click through several screens to get to where you need to go. That is, if it doesn't crash, which it is constantly doing right now. The actual website is only marginally better, so I'm not surprised the app is barely functional.

This app is a wrapper around their website. My login session was lost once I left the app. I should be able to use biometrics. I was hoping for a fast way to pay my mortgage bill. I've uninstalled and will stick to using my desktop. Navigating to the right load was painful.

Been using app for several years. Got a new phone and app won't recognize same user name and password. Can't get it to work at all. Called many times to get issue resolved. Had to revert to "pay by phone" and that method takes a bit to get through. Not happy.

App used to be great. They changed it so its a button to their homescreeen which you then have to log into every, single, time, you open the app ; and their website just so happens to be broken regularly so you can't get in to pay your bill anyways. Absolutely worthless.

I used to like the app. It made things simple and easy. Now I have to log in EVERY time I open the app, which means accidental closing of the app requires a new login. I can't find my breakdown information anymore. I haven't attempted a payment yet, so I don't know how that has changed yet. I don't like the new update, and looking at other recent reviews, neither does anyone else. Put it back please. The update made the app worthless.

Can't long into my account without getting a sms code sent. The code never gets sent to me. Its as if the system doesn't recognize the username or password I have been using for months. Called caliber, that was no help , and just as frustrating. Caliber fix your issues, so we can log into our accounts!

cant log into my account. says unable to process your request. I have called about it and nothing. the app is garbage if there is no fix. I have tried to uninstall and reinstall and nothing has worked. changed password and nada. also no error code so lady on the phone says that she cant help without an error code. this is very disappointing as we live in modern times. I expect an app that works so I can utilize my tools to pay my account. I dont have access to a computer while I work. :(

the app doesn't work on my note 9. called and opened support cases and they still can't figure out the issue. their app developer should try the app on both Android phone and Apple. same issue as others with password. it works on their site and iPad but not on my phone.

Let's me pay my message from my phone. The silly part is that it keeps an active session for exactly 30 days, after which you need to sign in and do the 2 factor authentication again. I only log in once every 30 to 31 days to pay the monthly bill. Please make the timeout 32 days. It's only one or two more days that I need it to keep me signed in. It's so close...

Update 10/2021: Yet AGAIN, I can't login. It's been WEEKS! This app has so many issues and only functions in any capacity about 25% of the time. It's been this way for YEARS! Payment info is never up to date. Doesn't show next draft date for bi-weekly autopay. E-statements can't be viewed; pdf reader says file is "corrupt"! Transaction history is confusing. Takes up to a WEEK for payments to be drafted from checking account and app gives no status, like "received" or "processing".
