the print is sooo small I can't read it or hit the right link on the first try. I have to use a magnifying glass because I can't seem to increase font size. Also having a hard time getting links to open or view. Micro print is too difficult to read or see what I'm looking at.

This app has become completely unusable because adjustments to searches cannot be made. Any attempt to edit, say, a property type, does not allow you to select "save" or "done". I've contacted CRMLS support multiple times, and nobody has been able to fix the issue. My guess is there aren't that many people who actually use this app.

It's very cumbersome for agents. In the main menu, we should be able to see/ access more of the items within the desktop version. I would like to see Auto Searches there, not just Saved Searches. Lately, when accessing MLS via Launch Desktop, I can't enlarge screen, so it's unreadable. Matrix support said to log out/ log back in of the app, which worked once. Since then, I have not been able to get that fix repeated. Cleared cache, quit and relaunched. I'm now uninstalling, reinstalling.

Not user friendly in so many ways. Brand new Listings take far too long to populate. Contacts often don't populate very quickly. You can't copy verbiage such as text in the remarks or a Listing Agent's info. For the previously mentioned items along with others, I always have to switch over the desktop version so it makes this app pointless much of the time.

Not useful really. -Can't view tax info easily -Search function can NOT be saved to a contact. -Can't set up a contact in conjunction with any action -Limited functions related to listing data, saving or send to a client on the fly. Save your time and just buy a tablet or laptop otherwise you are using this for some things and homesnap for others, it's just too much flipflopping and not efficient. Update: The realist tab works like 1 out of 10 times, says no property found. Frustrating!!

Change brokerages but I cannot log in because it recognizes my phone number from the last broker.

I have been using the California regional MLS app for the last year and a half and by far this is one of the easiest apps to use when searching for a home. I have used several other ones but they're either too complicated or the interface doesn't look clean. This is a great app, give it a try.

Looks like they fixed the bug I complained about below so updating the review. This app is very helpful when in the field or away from my laptop. Why the changes? If it ain't broke....why? Hoping this change is temporary and you are working on getting it back to the previous version. That version was very helpful to agents. Now, not at all. No private remarks, no agent info, no commission info. Basically, it treats agents like clients. Very confusing why this update or choice was made.

I found my own dream home using this app! Now I may have found my buyers their dream home also...all because of this app! MLS searches can be too narrowly focused that you may miss out on certain properties. I've come to depend on the map feature of this app. It's invaluable.

It's fair, handy to have in the field. Map function is terrible, especially for vacant land, you can map it properly on desktop but when you view on app it's almost always incorrect.

Great app to search for homes! You can chat with you realtor, like homes, customize your search. It also includes a mortgage calculator which is user friendly. Very easy to use and convenient!

The "DONE" option doesn't show when I want to try and change from single family to condo.

I really want to enjoy this app, but it gives me frustration. I want to share it with clients but it doesn't facilitate my communication with clients as much as I hope it would.. This App has a lot of improvement to make before I could rate it well.

This is a very good app for people on the go, but for crying out loud, make it possible to modify our own listings on it. When listing maintenance features are added, I'll gladly upgrade my review to 5 stars.

app doesn't work the way it was intended to work. lots of freezing and doesn't show you the actual properties on site. I can't believe Zillow has a better app.

I no longer have access to my realtor access info from the app. The app treats me as a client profile and NOT as a realtor.. I do not know what happened to the app. It was working great.

GARBAGE. Glitchy. Sometimes it shows the private remarks. More often it reverts back as if I'm viewing this as a client and not an agent. Get it together CRMLS. You're getting left behind in technology.

App needs the ability to search by street name and pull up all listings with that name. Clients often call and say I saw a house on XXXX Street but rarely have the full address.

When it's working it's decent. Filters are still not completely working properly.

Listings do not appear in a lot of areas, and it only shows active/pending. At least expired listing would be great

Was a five star until I couldn't switch into the desktop version from app. If this gets repaired I can change the rating back.

Not too long ago, this app was great. you could search using specific criteria. All been taken away. Not useful now! Too bad!

Everything is so small. Liked the menu driven format before for finding listings.

After I updated the app, it keeps crashing on Android. Does any have any crashing issue?

Easy to use and loaded with helpful features. Quick and responsive app.

It supposed to be an app to serve my clients better! Now I dont have access to my realtor side ....lost the benefits for me! Dissatisfied for sure!

Love the feature that allows me to share the app with my clients and prospects and isolating text messages there gives a great atmosphere.
