This app is the worse, its said to sign. It doesn't let you pay for the all day dining. It's not working.
What times aren't even close. Way longer than what the app shows.
When you delete or try to change a reservation, it tells you that you have to many and need to delete one to add another, even after deleting all your reservations. Why have me add my season pass to my wallet in the app if when I'm trying to secure a reservation you need to add each season pass individually again, you should just be able to click on which one you want for the specific reservation.
For some reason you have to add your season pass to the app even after you purchase it and it even shows in the ticket category.. Also, downloaded the app just to make a reservation, but they redirected me back to the website.. Please fix it. It's not that difficult.
Why can't I simply make a reservation from the app? Why does it take me to a web page and then I have to enter all of my card numbers. Then I get an error.... every time??? So frustrating... app also says I have too many vouchers. When do my season passes, food and drink vouchers appear on my season pass and not as a voucher?? This app is not user friendly
I am trying to sign up for an account on the app and I keep getting a "connection failure" message and then my information gets erased from the screen. I have tried at least 10 times. I'm tired of this !
Wait times not accurate, often don't appear at all. App now requires creating an account to work, terms of use and privacy policy are user hostile.
All of the ride queue information is inaccurate. Down rides are shown with wait times, other rides which are running display that they are down.
App is good, wait times inaccurate! Doubling or almost tripling the time the app shows is accurate!
The reason I download this apps is for rides wait time. Not even close to actual waiting in line. it tells me 15mins wait time. Actual in line is 45mins. yeah big difference. uninstall right away and just enjoy the rides in the park.
The old version with monthly operating hours is much more useful than the new weekly format. Please change it back.
The developer of this App needs to check this and make a lot of changes. It is very hard and confusing to use! Please make it USER FRIENDLY!
Not user friendly had to get itnto keep your stuff correct. Doesn't send emails to reset password.
Signed up for an account to see wait times but as soon as I got logged in, there are no wait times showing on any rides.
Wait times are innaccurate by at least one half 30 minutes is an hour. 20 means forty. Consistently.
Overall great app, but the wait times are very inaccurate and rarely update
