Password resets are insecure. Why are you emailing plain text passwords instead of a link for me to set it myself? Then on top of that, I can't find a way to reset that password via the app, and as far as I can tell you can't. This is bad practice, and I don't like saving my credit card information into the app for this reason. Please make this a secure process, and I will revise this review. Thank you!
It's OK, but it's a guessing game in trying to find which CalTors are open, and if you're ordering delivery: it's a guessing game trying to find which CalTors deliver to you. And you don't know if they'll deliver to you until you get to the checkout screen. If they'd just add a filter this would all be so much more functional.
App is painful to use and often clears cart if you accidentally go back. Seems like something someone made in their spare time, not something developed and tested by a team of professionals.
I love CalTort. This app is hot garbage. It is completely useless other than being able to see whether you have Burrito Bucks. You can't order with it, you can't find stores with it, and you can't see favorites or a transaction history with it. Don't bother downloading it.
Never received order. Store says they do not deliver yet they took my payment, including tip, and marked it delivered! I am still waiting to hear back from manager. The app should not allow me to order for delivery if the store is not delivering!
Ap is not working for ordering. Shows balance and previous orders but closes as soon as you start to place order! Had to place it via website. Why bother having an ap if you can't use it.
app not working. duplicating fresh deals and overcharging. this app used to work. Just letting you all know that as of 07/25/2019, this app still has issues working. almost every time I order, i have to call the store. This app is trash.
The BEST place on earth to me right now. The mesquite chicken is amazing and the mesquite chicken southwest salad is to die for. I go multiple times a week for bowls, salads, burritos, and tacos. The app is super easy and user friendly too
I'm always having issues when trying to submit an order. It keeps saying can't place your order, please call store. Can't place an order with this app??!
Love the food especially the chicken burrito bowl. Lots of food for lunch. Ate at the gaithersburg restaurant. The staff is terrific and helpful. Thanks Lynda W.
Yum!!! This place is great! I really love how you can pick out your own hot sauces, and, the different varieties of burritos! Something for everyone!
It doesn't work. I cant log in.. i tried uninstalling and reinstalling the app and it still says there is an error.
I will never place an order on the APP again for curbside! It seems like whatever kid they have filling these orders needs to back to school. They messed up EVERYTHING! They placed a Small queso when the order called for a Large. I asked for extra salad dressing and to add Jalapeños. Not only did they forget the extra dressing the one they placed in the bag they didn't close correctly and it leaked through the bag and stained my car seat! Save yourself the headache and go inside to order...
Haven't been able to log in or reset my password in over 2 months.. What's going on?? Yall need to fix this problem asap
Our family loves Cal Tor but the app is painful.....why not remember our order? Now with Cava in the same shopping center and the ease of use with that app we find ourselves coming to Cal Tor less. Please fix!!!
App is the definition of "incompetence". Cannot reorder or set orders as a favorite. If you try either, you get a spinning avocado symbol that never goes away. Does Cal Tort hate customers?
Doesn't accept orders, no option to use rewards. Cart is emptied after leaving the cart page, bizarrely.
You need to make it clearer where to find the check-in option. I don't know why the app doesn't open to the home screen and I never remember that's where I need to go.
Unable to upload a previous order. And you don't get points for placing App orders.
This never works when I sign in or they scan at our California Tortilla. Burrito Elito also doesn't ever come up. So useless so far.
The password field puts in capital letters only, making the app completely useless because you can't log in.

Great app, easy to use and flows well.
The app crashed, very messily, after I clicked order. It blinked a few times and then an android error message popped up saying something like "California Tortilla keeps crashing". The order went through fine (I think), but it was scary and shows that this app isn't very sound, structurally. I don't think I trust it to make orders in the future unless they make some big changes, and I don't think anyone else should, either.
