Downloaded it after reading all the positive reviews about it. But have not been able to use it as "everytime" I have tried to use it get pop up message stating "if you have just upgraded pls uninstall/reinstall" have done so 5 times now!! And yes I have emailed support and keep getting same email back!, did not receive pls try using different line??? Wish I would have listened to the minority reviews which said did not work!!
