Call Blocker

Everytime i turned the app on and exit the app its showing in the notification bar saying call blocking is on but Everytime I checked it right after setting it up everything is off and it's letting calls through. hasn't blocked anything and won't stay on. But it says it's on.

This is great app. Don't get me wrong. But the thing I'm having problems with is when I'm on a phone call I have the setting on block call that are not in my contacts send to voicemail it block the number but it will disconnect my phone call and it will not send to voicemail. That's annoying. That's my only problem. I have with this app.

Update: it blocks the calls, but my phone will still ring for half a second before sending them to voice-mail, which can be irritating if you receive a lot of robo calls. I used Calls Blacklist at first because it blocks calls not on your contact list, but that app stopped working with Android 12, so I got this app instead and paid for the premium version since it does the same thing.

After my fav. Call Blocker was discontinued, i looked for a simple & efficient replacement and found this app. Isn't stuffed with unnecessary Non-Call Blocker features and does exactly what it should do. 2022-01-24 Still happy, simple & efficient 👍 Thanks for the Dark Theme now I'm fully happy 😊 2022-04-11 Switched my phone and Android 11 doesn't seem to be fully supported. Calls are blocked, but rings at least once.

I like this app. It blocks calls on my list. The reason for 4 stars is because it will block one of the numbers and the call is sent to voice mail. I don't have that option checked. I'm not sure why that one goes to voicemail. It fills up my voicemail and I'm not notified of those calls being in my voice mailbox. I do like this app.

I have almost two years with this application and for me work perfect, no complaints about it.

This is a very good app. This would be a 5 start if I could program this app to start and end blocking at a specific time every day

Doesn't work! Check box to only receive calls from contacts, unwanted calls still get thti! Garbage!

Terrible. It does not stop ANY spam calls. I'll be uninstalling it today.

Seems to be easy to use, sleek and polished - but it didn't work at all on my Pixell 6, so I won't upgrade to Premium but instead uninstall it and look for another solution.

rating after 1 week, so far so good, set to allow contacts only, sends people straight to voice-mail. I tried about 3 or 4 other apps before this one, I'm sticking with this one as long as I can. thank you app makers! all your basic features, doesn't have super fancy ones such as block specific area codes, but it's totally free, very limited ads, can turn push notifications off, so it runs quietly. UPDATE 1 MONTH LATER, I have notifications off, contacts only on, this is the best app I've used

It blocks the calls that I need and want it to block. Period. And I tend to block a lot of calls.

Works pretty good. Some times there is a half ring on an unknown number which I'm ok with. The first time entering my white list I had to do it manually. The 2nd time (my fault) I used the import funtion. An improvement I would like to see is a random digit to be entered by the non-white listed-caller to eliminate to the last few unwanted voice mails.

No more cell phone companies callings, no unknown numbers. Great app

using this app you can blacklist unknown numbers and let others know, after all we all hate cold callers

Works, as far as blocking, but.... I was so happy to find this app not only blocked 9 of my repeat annoying calls, but the phone never rang.😁 However, a very annoying caller was put through to my voice mail today. I don't know if I don't have something set up correctly, but I don't think any voicemails should come through that aren't in my contacts . 🤔 I wish I could give 5 stars, as it is the best call blocker, and free that does block calls, so far. I have only had this about 2 weeks.

Would be nice to have a widget to toggle app on/off easily, or to have the on/off toggle placed on the app's 1st screen (instead of having to find it under SETTINGS). Thanks.

Up to now an excellent app. I've bought the Pro version. £3 a small price to pay. Just hope the devs keep this updated.

Works pretty well and happy with it for the most part. Took off a star because if I'm in the middle of a call and the app blocks another incoming call, my call gets dropped. Also my screen turns on whenever calls are blocked even though notification is turned off. Overall a simple app that does its job.

it's actually pretty good information and they do what it says it does but make sure you use it to your advantage and be careful when you drop it you don't want to block and enjoy it because it's pretty good.

I've been a happy camper with this app for a long, long time (5 stars) - set to voicemail callers not in contact list. Unfortunately, frustrated with failing Google Duo audio/video calls - after a lot of debugging, discovered that Call Blocker blocks ALL Google Duo calls, regardless if caller is in contact list or specifically whitelisted. Google Duo is now a default video calling app on a lot of phones (e.g.: Samsung) and this app is currently incompatible with its use.

Does exactly what it's supposed to do. Highly recommended. It's been blocking a nuisance number that uses the same first 7 digits with the last 3 changing. I entered to block all calls from xxx-xxx-x and it's been great!

Is it possible to use the app without access to my contacts? I grantee app access call logs and call operation permission should be fair enough.

Blocks numbers not in Contact List which I love. However, it also lowers the volume on calls that I can barely hear conversations. I tested this by uninstalling app...resulted in great volume. Then I reinstalled this app and the volume was, once again lowered. I wish this problem could be fixed.

This app does not work. Private calls that I've blocked are still coming through. Hopeless.

Since every call blocker paid and free failed to block all marketing calls (Ive tried 16 already) I needed an app that can block every call but my contacts. This one do that and its free! Just go to setting and turn on "allow only contacts" Also, it block calls in the background without ringing. All other similar apps will allow the call to popup in the screen and then hangup the call. This one will block silently. Thanks developer! No more marketing or bots calls!
