The app in general looks good with everything I desire in a blocker app, however, it rarely works and the architect doesn't respond to support requests, even after paying for the app. I think you should go back to the drawing board and cease taking money from people until you can at the least respond to those seeking the support you offer. You won't get money again from me.
Still doesn't work. Filed report. Included additional information and checked the box submit error logs. Now all you need to do is add a "submit" button to the menu so I can send it. The harasser hasn't stopped and, now that the roboscammers know they can reach to my voice mail, they are absolutely thrilled.
I bought the product last year because it is pretty good. Suddenly last week I got a notification I was running a demo and had to purchase the Pro. For convenience sake and lack of receipts I bought it again. A week later I'm getting the same notification that I must buy Pro. I'm not going to do it 3 times. I submitted a ticket to them and after 12 hours or more it is been disregarded.
I have tested this over 30 times. When this app is enabled i ALWAYS drop my phone calls. When this app is OFF... NO DROPPED CALLS. Do not install this app unless you want consistent dropped calls. Android 5.1.1 on Galaxy S5.
One of the better blockers on the planet. Wouldn't mind blocking the slowly increasing habit of phone companies in using the alphabet rather than numbers though.

The original before they did all these updates was awesome they made so many updates that it's not worth a damn anymore this extra feature of blocking any call whether they're in your phone book are not that irritates the hell out of me I wish they get rid of that
I paid for this after it was no longer free but it does not work anymore. Calls and texts on my blacklist still get thru. Please fix! I am disappointed.
This app does nothing! I would have gotten more from my money if I lit a five dollar bill and burned it!
I loved app until recently when it shows a block for every text I get even though they are Not blocked. I have Nougat and a Samsung Galaxy S7
Worked great with my S5 but won't block a single call with S7.
This app used to work great. I used it to block "unknown" calls. After an update it was no longer free.. So I paid for it, and it does not work. Private calls are no longer blocked. Please fix.
Blocked calls end up in the voice mail. It looks a scam.

Doesn't block anything....some things will end up in the logs but they still come thru on my phone... unknown calls are also unaffected.....and I even paid for the upgrade.....highly disappointed.
Download it for two phones and does not work properly on both androids

My favorite Blocker on KitKat but unfortunately continually crashing on my Droid Turbo 2 with Android 5.1.1. Trying to send an "Report" actually causes the app to force close as well so can't send an error log. Hope this gets remedied soon. :(
Used to have millions of users, NOW ONLY 1000..why did support abandon this app? Why has it steadily gone down hill.WHEN WILL I GET AN ANSWER???
