very user unfriendly: 1. I can't edit the number I used before, have to dial it from the beggining each time. 2. Can't edit number if I made a mistake in the beginning of the number, have to delete all number and start over. 3.Very unintuitive layout completely different from normal calling app. Especially call history is very weird. The bubble view is very uninformative and time consuming. A list with more detail would be way more helpful.
Android version of this app is useless. Same app works on iPhone just perfect. On android, once you put the app in the background or lock the phone you can't get any calls. And I checked different phones and android versions. I worked with the app support team for the last six months---these guys are responsive but they could not fix the problem. Proxy didn't help, any beta versions didn't help, nothing----it does not work on android. And plenty of users complain here about it.
great sip app, great audio and calls options , except the background autoclose and disappearing from system problem, if you just switch to another app or turn off the screen, don't tell me what did you said to others about Google policy, i still use zoiper who has the ability to run in the background. thanks
Love the app, great to configure, amazing cloud pbx experience...sadly, I wish it was possible to edit a number in the text field of the dial pad for editing numbers from links online and emails that are missing local or long distance prefixes, a big pain, but otherwise great.
The app is good and useful for sip system, but would be good if it didn't require the app to be open on the phone for the sip to be connected. Would be good if it could run in the background and still receive calls.
At the first days I was excited with this app. Today after 1 week the app can't open in my Xiaomi note 7. About the calls I didn't had any problems. The calls was clearly with very good sound. I must say also I use my own VoIP server. sipon.eu
Unfortunately, When I pass to another app, it seems Call.center is closed and so I don't receive the calls anymore! I think this app needs an approach to stay active on Android (like an always active notification).
There are problems every day with this app. Today it's registration. Many times I cannot hear my clients calling or they don't hear me. Someone's calling me but the app doesn't notify about the call, no sound nothing.
Cannot receive calls when running in background. DIDWW cusotmer support Thomas Z says don't use this app for incoming calls. The app is not updated anymore. Remove it from your device.
Great concept, but only working o WI-FI, loosing registration on 4G, not useful at the moment.
Really Pathetic app...layout looks so 80s.The app would not respond most of the time..it would just not dial and would not give you the call failure reason. SALT in to the wounds appalling tech support.In a nut shell recipe for disaster.
Generally a really good App. But unfortunately does not work on Android 12..

Love the interface and the cloud dashboard. One problem. On both a Moto G5 plus and an Essential PH-1 my audio cannot be picked up! I've double checked my permissions and I have it set to record audio and voice. I would love to hear from the developer if they know of a common fix. Updated: If incoming audio is not working, go to the app info, select permissions, and enable "phone". Not sure why the app wouldn't ask for this initially but now audio works on both ends of the conversation! Beautiful and functional app.

Just a stupid app
Very difficult to set up and synchronize with Sendmycall. Yes, support just sent me the link to read myself. Bunch of unclear pictures and logic. So, I haven't been able to use it it yet. I'll change my opinion when I get it to work. Also, a phone app and a phone system and the support doesn't want to talk to you? only by txt or email,? Come on! that is ironic. Humans want to forget about verbal communication?
