Was not opening on newer phones as mentioned below. It just updated today and now when it DOES open, it immediately says "App has violated security and it will be shut down (1839:9205)" then it closes 🙄
Worked good for a while but stopped taking photos of deposited checks on my wife's phone and now crashes as soon as I open it on my phone. One running Android 10, the other Android 11. Different phone models. Either buggy or very version dependent. Yes, I did check Google Play and no update available. We really need an app to do the mobile banking so, now thinking about getting a different bank. If I was a division manager, I would take note.
Almost things working well. But the deposit part is needed to be a little more elaborated. Showing images after 'use' button click and showing the pictures in the summary section before Deposit button is clicked. This will help customer to check things thoroughly right before finishing.
Very misleading at times which resulted in constant overdrafts ($30 fee) because the amounts showed in account wasn't correct or maybe wasn't updated in real time. I'm sure this only hurts the lower class Americans than anyone else. Feels set up honestly!
Credit card accounts you can only see the payments that you have made. If I want to see charges or pending charges I have to get on the website which is not ideal on a phone. Other than that everything is satisfactory.
Is very convenient and it helps me when it works but the app hadnt work for me since november an wen i called i had problems too! So when it works its amazing but when it doesn't, which is a 50/50 chance, its awful an takes up space on your phone
Very nice app -- easy to use and very relaible. Doesn't replicate every function found on the full website version, but it certainly does all the basic functions you need day in & day out.

App has helped me out several times. I can transfer from one account to another easily. Even send payment for internal and external accounts. Very useful app.
When it works it's great.. but it stopped working, I called call credit union and they don't have any thing to do with the app. I uninstalled it and reinstalled it every day for 2 weeks didn't help .
Used to be great, now the app won't open. :(
The CFCU mobile banking app makes it so easy to access my account anywhere. I can view balances, make deposits or transfers and I have never had any issues.
Good app, however, there are times when I cannot log in. Then, I have to restart, which still does not work. Love the bank, but the app could use improvement.
It worked great on my Galaxy S10, however I can't get the app to open on the galaxy s22 ultra. I just turned on my s10 and confirmed the app still worked there. Anyone else having issues?
Worked ok. Then they did an update. Now I can't access my bank account. Because the app crashes before it loads. Emails to support have gone unanswered.
When it works it works well, but every few weeks i have to call to reset my password because for some reason it stops working so i can't log back in. Have had this issue multiple times.
When it works it's fine. Constantly crashes and takes forever to load anything from the sign in page to account info.
I love the app because it's easy to use
Works for everything except the pay bills feature, which has not worked for me since I installed the app. It took a while to even get the app to stop giving errors.
Latest (3/17) update is flawed ' will not open. I have called CFCU and a ticket wss opened. I was told it only works on iPad
its amazing especially me being in the military always on the move its a lot of help. Customer support is always fast, very helpful and very polite.
Never seems to let you log in constantly! Very dis hearting when it's not that convenient to go in a branch that's open anymore! 40+ year member! At least answer phone!
Very simple and user friendly. It does everything one needs to do banking wise.
I can use app for bill pay and deposits easily and quickly. App just keeps getting better.
The app isnt reliable. When it works its good, but it has way to many issues for being bank related.
Would be nice if mobile deposit pictures would be auto captured, but so far the app seems to work well.
I absolutely LOVE being able to deposit checks thru the app and don't have to go to the bank!
Update: After I posted this review the app finally began working a week later. Beware. Will not open on the newer phones. I had to replace my phone and when I attempted to open it....nothing. I've uninstalled, reinstalled, restarted my phone...nothing. Frustrating. I used the app to do all my banking and now I have to look up the website then go through the login process. And yes I've contacted them and been told that IT is working on the problems and try again later.
