Don't work! Outgoing calls is not blocked. Uninstall.

Did not blacklist anything. Poor app...It blocks nothing!
Does not work. Outgoing calls are not blocked. Still goes through. I don't understand how this person who rates it it blocks outgoing calls when it doesn't. Tried it on my S-10.
