Call In Urgent Care

Registered acct but it didn't ask for a password. No password was created and it wants me to log in. I asked that it be sent to me and the email sent shows my user name but password in the email is BLANK. So my acct is created and I have no way to access it. Fantastic.

I can't even login cuz it doesn't have a slot for creating a password. I would have thought that to be a pretty basic thing to do when making an app. And when I try to reset it through my email (even thought I never was able to make one) it won't send me the email. You guys really need to step your game up if urgent care facilities are going to be using this for appointments

The app is terrible. It was supposed to send me a code to activate my account and never did, when I try to re register it says my account already exists..so I enter in my username and password. It says my password is incorrect, yet it will not help me retrieve my password. Keeps Saying it sent the information to my email, but the email was never received. When I finally got an email mail, it was flagged as spam bc Google could not verify the email came from urgentcare...sketchy if you ask me.

This apps sucks wind. You can't create an account until you enter the activation code they send to your email address. When is that code sent? Never. That's when. Edit: Thanks for the reply Urgent Care, but that was nearly as useful as the emailed activation code that I never received. I don't use Urgent Care anymore anyway, so don't worry about me.

Would rate a zero if possible. After setting up the account, I was not able to log in. It just said "invalid user name and password". When I hit the "forgot password" button, the password in the email is blank. Nice to know that if I need medical care I cannot get in to set up an appointment. Absolutely terrible app.

Worked just fine. Had no issues signing up. It didn't get my location correctly at first so I just had to enter it manually but if you know how to work a phone it's not hard to figure out. Didn't realize I needed the app so they told me to download it and got back in my car. Signed up and got an appointment within the hour. Unfortunately older citizens and people with older phones might not navigate this all so easily

It shows all appt. slots whether available or not. You select a slot and click a button, and it says error, all appointments for slot are booked. I repeated this for every half hour time slot for the whole day, a complete waste of time. I went to next day and picked a random slot to check availability thinking there would be an option to confirm. Nope, it just booked it. There's no option to cancel it. The homepage shows the appt., but clicking appt. from dashboard says there are none. Awful!

No way to delete your information, which is supposed to be all your personal info, your ID, insurance information, and potentially medical history. No way to password protect your log in without logging off every time. Waste of tone as you still have to fill out paper work at location. They're just collecting your info for no reason apparently. The attendants who are irritated you don't want to do it on the app if you'll have to do it all in person anyways don't understand this will replace them

I was able to set up and schedule an appointment easy enough. However, I cannot get the lab document to share. All it's doing is sending the text "Check this out" without the lab document. I tried email, text, Bluetooth transfer, saving it to Google Drive, Google Lists, and none of them have the actual document I need to share. The chat representative was not knowledgeable and didn't do the first thing he promised. I was let hanging in the chat support for 15 minutes without and response.

I DO NOT RECOMMEND USING THIS SERVICE OR APP WHATSOEVER, PLEASE USE CAUTION! Downloaded the app, scheduled an appointment at the BOWLING GREEN location, 1107 S MAIN ST. only to arrive and the location is closed and the app is still allowing you to schedule appointments for today. When you try to call to see what's happening, it's an answering machine and you have to leave a message. I'm not the only victim today, others are arriving knocking on the window as I'm typing this review. DISAPPOINTING

Horrible. Downloaded app but cannot get into it as it asks for a password but I was never given an option to create one nor was it in my welcome email. When I hit forgot password it resends my username bit the password is blank. I see lots of others having this same issue with the app.

Sharing documents doesn't work. When you try to share the document all it does is create a text file that says "please check this out." It doesn't create any kind of PDF or link to the PDF. You can't even download the PDFs from the app of lab results. This is extremely annoying if you need physical documentation for work.

I dont typically leave reviews, but this app is junk and it's upsetting because the urgent care facilities are pushing you to use it. The installation process is long and sucks. Keep in mind that I'm going to URGENT CARE because I'm not feeling well. You finally get the account created and you click Find a Location and it prompting me for a location in CANADA! I had to close out and re-open to get my location to work. Then I select the hospital down the street for it no show me any openings! BS

Terrible. Gives you a code and then it says it's a bad code. Finally got through with a different email address. I cannot find a place to view any test results. The app is not user friendly. When you are already feeling terrible the process of using this app makes it even worse.

Downloaded it but never received the activation code. Was able to make an appointment at a different urgent care.

Was never ask to set up a password when initially setting up my account, only a email. When requested "forgot email" it sent me a blank password. Calling customer service doesn't help. No one answers, and their mailbox is always full, so you're not able to leave a messege

Walked up, sign on the door said to download an app and register, then wait in your car for a phone call to be seen. After more than an hour of waiting, multiple calls that went straight to voicemail, I walked up to check on wait time. The sign on the door saying to use the app was down, and the guy at the front desk said I needed to sign a sign-in sheet instead. Recommend going literally anywhere else.

Nowhere in the description did it say this app is only for citizens of Ohio. It wasn't until I tried to confirm an appointment when I found this is not an app for all Urgent Care facilities. Also the DOB input makes me think this whole app is a scam. I had to swipe through 30 years of calendar months.

I was only asked for an email address to start off with, never a password to register. Now it won't let get in because I don't have a password. When I click on *forgot password * all it does is send my request to my email showing my email address but no password because it never let me set one up. Now I'm totally locked out.

Does not scroll correctly and can't access the buttons at the bottom of page. Got to where code and password was needed and can not get any farther. Nothing to push to continue. App sucks.

Awful,this app let me register. Then went to log in and asked for a password A password was never created-not even an option! Also you shouldn't have to scroll through the calendar to get to your birth year we should just be able to input our birthdate. tried to get an Teleconference apt but you have to go through this app. Got no where with this

Every document uploaded is labeled as an insurance card, and there's no way to delete uploaded documents. This app is slow, glitchy, and unintuitive.

This app is ridiculous. I came home early for work because of very bad migraine, went into urgent care to see some one and the girl at the desk said I have to go back to my car and download the app. Well I did this but was not prompted to make a password so I can't even get in my account to make a appointment. I tried getting my password but it sends me a email with no password. To much trouble so I'm going to the ER.

They were very helpful and assisting in getting me set up with the app and once I was done they had me in and out in less then 5 mins. Very professional and courteous.

I just downloaded the app, tried to register got to the point of needing a activate code never received it. I tried to retry the registration again it says I'm already registered. I tried forgot password,was sent information but there was no password and no way to reset. This app is useless.

This app is garbage...you have t scroll through the months and years one at a time to get to yours...it won't let you register unless you put in a pharmacy through the search button that shows 0 results.. its impossible to get registered on this thing, im better off just dying of covid

They are great. Have had wonderful and friendly and very professional healthcare workers. Its great to be able to do televisits when there's so much covid in the healthcare facilities. I love this service

Pointless. Makes you download and set up an account with all your information just to tell you that "walk in services" need to be scheduled months in advance.

Did not give me a spot to create a password. Forgot Password link only sent me my email but no password and no option to reset the password. This app sucks.

I cannot get it to send an activation code so I can't register or schedule appt. Seems useless at that point since I can't just call and schedule.
