The game consistently fails to boot after this latest update. (April) Edit: it's now mid-May. EDIT 2: IT'S NOW LATE MAY. The game still glitches on boot up 9 times out of 10. If you like aggravation, then download this game. Also: the days logged in special event, I have been able to log in a few times since reset, still have not gotten the reward for it... now missing out on ranking rewards. DECA FIX THE ISSUES!!!

This is getting really bad. This is the third time now that I lost all my game and it went back to the start. 😡😡😡 After my game was lost. It took a while but the team managed to restore it for me. Thank you guys. Not long after getting my game back it's lost again. Took near 3 months for you guys to get my game back and now it gone to the beggining again. Fix the faults in your program. Not happy at all.😡😡😡.

Here we go again. Like playing the game BUT as soon as Android runs an update the game doesn't load anymore. Uninstalled game several times but that doesn't work. It gets worse. Please fix the issues. Can't put in a ticket since I can't access the game.

I played this game almost every day for 2 years, Fun game.....but....in March all rank, diamonds, heroes everything disappeared. I could log in but it was as if I just started. Support was not helpful. After 2 months of passing emails back and forth they told me they could not help. Don't waste your time or money. It appears that if you have an issue it can't be fixed and you are out of luck. I gave them 2 months of patience. So this is not a rash comment. So if you play, understand the risk.

I enjoyed this game for a little bit and then deleted it after I synced my account. When I downloaded it again the game told me my account didn't exist so I contacted support. It's been over a month and they asked me to send them all information that I could think of. I did just that and they then sent two emails two days later telling me to send the information or else they would close the email chain. They did this multiple times until they closed the chain and wont respond to me anymore.

Been playing almost a year. I keep getting shorted resources and even though I send screen shot proof that their system glitched and cost me resources, they reply describing how the app should have performed instead of returning my resources. They only pretend to care in the reviews. Update: They emailed me several times saying they are looking into it. Its been months, but they have done nothing more than say they are looking into it.

It's been a fun game for a year and a half, and I've spent WAY too much money on it, but after the last update, I'm unable to log in to anything bound to Google, which is 4/6 accounts, including all my main accounts. I understand it's a widespread problem, so I how it gets fixed in a hurry because I'm just about done.

4/21 : Latest Android update broke the app again. Developers are washing their hands and blaming the device when said device works perfectly fine for every single other application. Peruse the Facebook site. It's a common repeating theme. The larest game update failed to solve the launching issue that started almost 2 months ago. Fixing a compatibility issue with Android 12 should not take this long. OK until now. The app will not launch after the most recent Android 12 updates on a Galaxy S21.

Like the concept and setting but long story short it's another pay to win game. Jumped back on it after having been gone a few months and found more advertisements to spend money on the game than anything else.

Used to be a decent game with hardly any issues. Since the last update now it freezes and crashes every few minutes wasting time and energy of a long time player which has had enough of. Fix the game whereas the players can enjoy the game and stop ruining it. DECA if you the game to suceed stop forcing the game you want vs the players & I know I'm not the only one. If you want to play a game that freezes/crashes every few minutes here it is.

It's been extremely buggy since February, but now loads to 70% and crashes every time. Been playing for nearly 2 years and this new development group/publisher has done nothing but ruin the game.

I want to give this game more stars as I actually enjoy playing daily. But as of recently when the update dropped I have not been able to load the game. It crashes during the loading screen. I haven't been able to play for days and I have invested alot of time and money into it. I need to be sure that they are going to fix this issue and give some kind of big or worth while compensation for my time and money lost.

You guys really need to fix the lag issue for Android devices. I can only play about 5-10 minutes before I have to restart the game. This is very counterproductive and definitely no longer fun to play. Thanks

I have previously given this game a 5 star, the 2 star is because it takes 10 tries to open the game, then 10 minutes later the game crashes. I've been playing this game for years, through multiple servers and spent a lot of money, so right now I'm passed

The first several months of playing the game was fun, but then you realize that there is nothing new. It is the same cycle over and over and over. They offer a new beauty to get, but that is it. In my nearly a year of playing, the developers haven't rolled out any new features. Many of my teammates have abandoned the game from sheer boredom. I don't blame them. DECA, update the game with something different.

Not sure why my first rating didn't post. I'm having problems with this game after they sold their company and they updated the program. Won't load the game nine times out of 10. When it does, I lost all progress and contacted customer service to try and get a reload password. No response. Haven't got back in the game and days either. Seems like a lot of people are having the same problems. You can't load the games and play it. Spent a considerable amount of money playing the game. All lost

This game is great when you first start, but the repetitiveness of it gets old and trying to beat other players becomes impossible without spending money after a certain point

Used to enjoy the game, used to to be 5 stars, and actually spent money on the game (5 to 30$ a month), but game freezes all the time now that DECA took over. AND this is the only game I have this issue with, so it's NOT my android phone.

I am playing this game for nearly an year already but I don't think I will gonna play it anymore. All this glitches, bugs and crashes was only to show us where this game is going! Nothing new, no proper events and no any changes or upgrades to make us to stay, play and spend our money. Absolute nonsense like lunching Eastern Event on Christmas week and many more. The only "new" things is new hero and new girl here and there which means, just another way to make us to spend money....

"ErrorLocalMirrorVersionGreaterRemote" Unplayable. Came back after a year and still messed up. Sad, was a decent game. I don't understand why it's still on Google Play store 😕

This game is crashing I don't know why It continuesly crashing after 5-10 min in my mobile Vivo y12 1904 I reinstalled this game but it is continues happening Also some times the words are blurred like old TV and after few second all word are gone completely blank and some time it is lagging and the charector is also blank Before 6 month this crashing thing was not there but Is it happening in my mobile only or other mobile also same issue Please fix these bug if you don't do this I won't play

The Only way get this game more interseting and exiting is to give us the chance to get old beauties and heros rather than bring new beauties and heros time to time. give us hypes not bordomes . Thats the reason i am giving it 3 stars otherwise the game is excellent

Complicated game, needs some instructions to better understand. Constantly crashes, very difficult to reload.

So...yeah. Game loads sometimes 3%, sometimes 18%, and even sometimes up to 70%, but it wont fully load and always crashes.... I WAS in a good club, until the update. Invested a very generous amount of time and even a decent amount of money into the app to support the old devs, then BOOM! New owners done gone and screwed it all up. THANKS DECA!!! YOUR PLAYERS LOVE THE STATE OF THE GAME!

CML worked fine until the last update. Now it won't load at all I've been trying for two days. It's BS because I've put quite a bit of money into the game. And now I can't even play.

Game repetativeness on events are extremely predictable with little variance over the past several months. Since the new developer DECA took over iOS players have been unable to log into accounts and just recently the Andriod version wont even load fully before crashing... Was a good game until the mismanagement...
