Call Plate - Blocked Vehicle

* SEND A REQUEST USING A LICENSE PLATE - Let them know if:
- they're parked illegally and is blocking your parked vehicle
- they've left their vehicle headlights on
- or anything else that you can help with.
* CHAT - You will be notified once the other party receives the request and you all can chat to sort out the details
* RECEIVE REQUESTS - If you happen to be in a situation like above, this is how you'll know
* LICENSE PLATES - You can add the license plates from all of your vehicles
* DISCLAIMER - We're not storing your license plate on a server.
